Abstract
【解決手段】 下記1),2)および3)に規定される成分を含む水切り兼用の防錆添加剤、およびこれを基油に配合した防錆油組成物を開示する。
1)炭素数4〜20の脂肪酸および/または酸化ワックス、
2)炭素数4〜18の脂肪族アミン、
3)炭素数8〜24の飽和または不飽和アルキル基(水酸基を1つ以上有するものを含む)を有する有機リン酸エステルのナトリウム塩、マグネシウム塩、カルシウム塩、バリウム塩、亜鉛塩、脂肪族アミン塩、および、酸化ワックスのマグネシウム塩、カルシウム塩、バリウム塩、脂肪族アミン塩よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種。
Description
2)炭素数4〜18の脂肪族アミン、
3)炭素数8〜24の飽和または不飽和アルキル基(水酸基を1つ以上有するものを含む)を有する有機リン酸エステルのナトリウム塩、マグネシウム塩、カルシウム塩、バリウム塩、亜鉛塩、脂肪族アミン塩、および、酸化ワックスのマグネシウム塩、カルシウム塩、バリウム塩、脂肪族アミン塩よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種。
下記表1に示す配合比率(質量比)で防錆添加剤および防錆油組成物の試料を調製し、夫々について、下記の方法で防錆試験、水切り性試験、抗乳化性試験を行い、結果を表2,3に示した。
JIS K 2246に規定されている「さび止め油 5.34」湿潤試験方法に準拠して行った。
試験条件:温度49±1℃、相対湿度95%以上、
さび発生度の判定:試験片の中央部5cm角の範囲を、一辺が5mmの正方形の碁盤目100個に区画し、所定時間放置後に錆が発生している碁盤目の数を数え、その数をパーセントで表わす。
A級:0%、B級:1〜10%、C級:11〜25%、D級:26〜50%、E級:51〜100%。
試験片:目開き355μm、寸法15cm×3cmのステンレス製金網を、3cm間隔で4回折り畳んで3cm角にしたものをアルカリ脱脂し、イオン交換水で十分に洗浄したものを使用する。
Claims (9)
- 下記1),2)および3)に規定される成分を含有することを特徴とする防錆添加剤。
1)炭素数4〜20の脂肪酸および/または酸化ワックス、
2)炭素数4〜18の脂肪族アミン、
3)炭素数8〜24の飽和または不飽和アルキル基(水酸基を1つ以上有するものを含む)を有する有機リン酸エステルのナトリウム塩、マグネシウム塩、カルシウム塩、バリウム塩、亜鉛塩、脂肪族アミン塩、および、酸化ワックスのマグネシウム塩、カルシウム塩、バリウム塩、脂肪族アミン塩よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種。 - 前記1)で規定される成分が炭素数8〜12の飽和脂肪酸であり、前記2)で規定される脂肪族アミンがn−オクチルアミンである、請求項1に記載の防錆添加剤。
- 前記3)で規定される有機リン酸エステルの塩が、オレイル基を有する有機リン酸エステルのカルシウム塩である請求項1または2に記載の防錆添加剤。
- 前記3)で規定される有機リン酸エステルの塩が、オレイルリン酸エステルのN−牛脂アルキル置換トリメチレンジアミン塩である請求項1または2に記載の防錆添加剤。
- 前記3)で規定される酸化ワックスの塩が酸化ワックスのマグネシウム塩またはカルシウム塩である請求項1または2に記載の防錆添加剤。
- 前記請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載された防錆添加剤が、基油に添加されたものである防錆油組成物。
- 前記基油が、鉱油、精製鉱油または合成油である請求項6に記載の防錆油組成物。
- 前記防錆油組成物全体を100質量部としたとき、前記1)で規定される脂肪酸および/または酸化ワックスの含有量が0.2〜10質量部、前記2)で規定される脂肪族アミンの含有量が0.1〜10質量部、前記3)で規定される有機リン酸エステル塩および/または酸化ワックスの塩の含有量が0.05〜10質量部である、請求項6または7に記載の防錆油組成物。
- 前記請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の防錆油組成物を使用し、金属材の水切りと防錆処理を同時に行うことを特徴とする金属の防錆処理法。
