Abstract
【解決手段】処理槽2内に、油分吸着層4及び充填層5が交互に積層し、油分吸着層4は、ポリプロピレンからなる平板状のシート4aが10枚積層されており、これらのシート4aの各積層側表面にはゲル状の水酸化アルミニウム15が一様に付着されている。この平板状シート4aは親油性かつ疎水性を有する。

Description
図1に示す態様で、ステンレス製の槽(直径26cm×高さ40cm)の底部の内面にシート状簀の子(ポリエチレン製で厚さ15mm)を設け、この上に油分吸着層(4cm)、更に充填層を順に積層した。この順で交互に積層を繰り返し、油分吸着層を5層、充填層を4層とし、最上層を油分吸着層とした。更にこの上に、浮上油を吸着する為のポリプロピレン繊維のチップをランダム挿入、積層した。これを実施例1の油分分離装置とした。
合成樹脂製の槽(20l容量、30cmφ×39cm)の内底にシート状簀の子(ポリエチレン製で厚さ15mm)を設け、この上面に実施例2と同質材で油分吸着層(25cm厚)を積層し、これに粒径0.3〜1mmφの活性炭の粒体層(7cm厚)を堆積させた。これを比較例1の油分分離装置とした。
槽(巾50×長さ50×高さ80cm、160L容量)にの側部に浮上油の取出口を設け、この取出口から水上に浮上した油分を除去できるようにし、さらに、この油分除去液を実施例2と同質材の油分吸着材に流通するようにした。これを比較例2の油分分離装置とした。

Claims (10)
- 油分含有液の流入口と油分分離処理後の処理水の流出口が対向して設けられた処理槽の内部に、複数の平板状シートが積層され、かつ、その平板状シート外周が上記槽内壁に密着した状態とされた油分吸着層と、凝集剤が粒体間に充填された充填層とが交互に積層された油分分離層が設けられており、この油分分離層最上面と当該流入口との間の処理槽内が所定空間とされていることを特徴とする油分含有液の油分分離装置。
- 上記複数の平板状シートの各シートあるいは所定数おきの表面には、凝集剤が一様に付着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油分含有液の油分分離装置。
- 上記凝集剤は、ゲル状の水酸化アルミニウムまたは水酸化第二鉄であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の油分含有液の油分分離装置。
- 上記処理槽の流出口には連通管が接続され、この連通管は上記処理槽の高さ方向に設けられているとともに、この連通管には上記所定空間の所定高さに対応する位置で外方に開放された処理水取出口が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の油分含有液の油分分離装置。
- 上記処理槽の直上にはバッファタンクが設けられ、このバッファタンク内が微圧とされるようタンク内の気圧が調整されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の油分含有液の油分分離装置。
- 上記所定空間には、浮遊油分を吸着するチップが混入されており、このチップは不織布からなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の油分含有液の油分分離装置。
- 上記平板状シートが親油性かつ疎水性を有する有機高分子シート又は無機系繊維の網目状シートであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の油分含有液の油分分離装置。
- 上記平板状シートがポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエステル、綿、レーヨン、ガラスウールのうちいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の油分含有液の油分分離装置。
- 上記粉体が活性炭、ゼオライト、ケイソウ土、活性白土、アンスラサイト、ベントナイト、アルミナ、活性アルミナ、砂、塩化ビニル、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンのいずれかからなり、粒径が0.1〜3mmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の油分含有液の油分分離装置。
- 上記処理槽の流出口と上記油分分離層との間に、シート状簀の子が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の油分含有液の油分分離装置。
