Abstract
【解決手段】中央に配置した長残光蛍光体粉末粒子(1)に、粒径が30nm以下の鉄族元素あるいは鉄族化合物よりなる磁性体粒子(2)を含む亜鉛族化合物機能性粉末粒子(3)を3重量%から35重量%混合し、それが形成する層(4)による光の透過性を少なくとも50%以上確保させる融合機能複合粒子とし、その融合機能複合粒子に外部磁場に作用する磁性を具備させ、外部磁場との相互作用を活用した描像システムを可能にする。

ここで、Lは層(4)の厚みで、Xは融合機能複合粒子を構成する長残光蛍光体重量荷対する機能性粉末粒子重量の百分率である。光の透過を考慮したL<40の条件の下に、D1を6.1(鉄層10nmを含む酸化亜鉛の場合)、D0を4.4(ストロンチウムアルミネートの場合)、R0を500nmとすることにより、X<36.0と計算される。また、市販の微細酸化鉄(比重:5.2)の粒径である8nmから形成層厚み(L)を8とすると、X=5.8となり、50%以上の表面積占有率を必要とすることより、X>2.9となる。

ここで、、Mはアルカリ土類金属元素を示し、Rは希土類元素を示す。
ストロンチウムケイ素アルミン酸長残光蛍光体粉末85重量%、酸化亜鉛粉末10重量%、鉄粉末5重量%を混合し、その総量10gにエタノール1ccを含浸させ振動式振るいで30分間粉砕混合処理し試料とする。その後大気中電気炉内120度で20分間維持した後取り出し放冷する。
Claims (6)
- 長残光蛍光体粉末と磁性体を含む機能性粉末の複合粒子からなることを特徴とする融合機能複合粒子。
- 該長残光蛍光体粉末に混合する磁性体を含む機能性粉末の混合割合が3重量%から35重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の融合機能複合粒子。
- 該融合機能複合粒子を構成する粉末の少なくとも一種類の粒径が30nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の融合機能複合粒子。
- 該磁性体が鉄族元素あるいは鉄族化合物である請求項1または3に記載の融合機能複合粒子。
- 該機能性粉末に亜鉛族化合物を含む請求項1または3に記載の融合機能複合粒子。
- 請求項1から4に記載の融合機能複合粒子に作用する磁力により、該粒子の移動を制御する描像システム。
