Abstract
【解決手段】 潤滑油基油に、下記の成分を、潤滑油組成物の全量に基づき下記の量にて配合してなり、TBNが5乃至55mg・KOH/gの範囲にある潤滑油組成物:a)TBN100mg・KOH/g以上の過塩基性カルシウムカルボキシレートをカルシウム量換算で0.19〜2.10質量%;b)ビス型のこはく酸イミドもしくはその誘導体を窒素量換算で0.002乃至0.06質量%;そして、c)アルキル基が第二級アルキル基であるジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛をリン量換算で0.007乃至0.15質量%。

Description
a)TBNが100mg・KOH/g以上の過塩基性カルシウムカルボキシレートをカルシウム量換算で0.19〜2.10質量%;
b)ビス型のこはく酸イミドもしくはその誘導体を窒素量換算で0.002乃至0.06質量%;そして、
c)アルキル基が第二級アルキル基であるジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛をリン量換算で0.007乃至0.15質量%。
(1)a)成分のTBNが100mg・KOH/g以上の過塩基性アルカリ土類金属カルボキシレートの配合量がカルシウム量換算で0.38〜1.15質量%の範囲にある。
(2)b)成分のビス型のこはく酸イミドもしくはその誘導体の配合量が窒素量換算で0.014乃至0.02質量%の範囲にある。
(3)c)成分のアルキル基が第二級アルキル基であるジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛の配合量がリン量換算で0.036乃至0.072質量%の範囲にある。
(4)a)成分のTBNが110mg・KOH/g以上の高塩基性アルカリ土類金属カルボキシレートが50質量%以上の下記化合物Aと50質量%未満の下記化合物Bとを含む。
(6)c)成分のアルキル基が第二級アルキル基であるジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛の各アルキル基が炭素原子数3乃至8のアルキル基である。
本発明に従う潤滑油組成物(TBN:30mg・KOH/g、SAE粘度グレード:SAE40)を、下記の添加剤成分と基油成分とを用いて製造した。
a)過塩基性カルシウムカルボキシレート(TBN:145mg・KOH/g、前記式において、Rが炭素原子数が12〜18の化合物と、炭素原子数が20〜28の化合物の質量比が50:50の混合物):カルシウム換算質量で1.15質量%
b)ビス型こはく酸イミド分散剤[窒素含量:0.018質量%、数平均分子量が約1000のポリブテン(少なくとも50%以上がメチルビニリデン構造を有する)と無水マレイン酸とから熱反応法で製造し、これを平均窒素原子数5.0個(1分子当り)のポリアルキレンポリアミンと反応させて得たビス型コハク酸イミド)]:窒素換算質量で0.018質量%
c)ジ(第二級)アルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛(P:0.049質量%、Zn:0.054質量%、S:0.14質量%、原料として炭素原子数3〜8の第二級アルコールを使用して製造したもの):リン換算質量で0.05質量%
d)基油(40℃での動粘度:140mm2/秒):残量
b)成分のビス型こはく酸イミド分散剤とc)成分のジ(第二級)アルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛を用いなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして潤滑油組成物を製造した。
b)成分のビス型こはく酸イミド分散剤を用いなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして潤滑油組成物を製造した。
c)成分のジ(第二級)アルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛をジ(第一級)アルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛(添加量は、リン換算質量で同一とした)に置き換えた以外は、実施例1と同様にして潤滑油組成物を製造した。
b)成分のビス型こはく酸イミド分散剤をモノ型のこはく酸イミド分散剤に置き換えた以外は、実施例1と同様にして潤滑油組成物を製造した。
(1)下記の試験条件にてISOT試験を行なった。
試験油量:250mL、試験油温度:165.5℃
試験時間:96時間の連続運転(運転終了した後に、粘度上昇率(40℃で測定、試験前の粘度を1とする相対値で表示した)、TBN維持率(HCl、単位%)、そしてTBN維持率(ASTM D2896、単位%)を測定した)
試験結果を下記の表に示す。

注記:実施例1の潤滑油組成物について更に24時間(合計120時間)のISOT試験を続けたところ、粘度上昇率は1.02であった。
本発明に従う潤滑油組成物は、粘度上昇が発生しにくく、またTBN維持率も
高いことから、高温熱酸化安定性に優れることが明らかである。
Claims (10)
- 潤滑油基油に、下記の成分を、潤滑油組成物の全量に基づき下記の量にて配合してなり、TBNが5乃至55mg・KOH/gの範囲にある潤滑油組成物:
a)TBN100以上の過塩基性カルシウムカルボキシレートをカルシウム量換算で0.19〜2.10質量%;
b)ビス型のこはく酸イミドもしくはその誘導体を窒素量換算で0.002乃至0.06質量%;そして、
c)アルキル基が第二級アルキル基であるジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛をリン量換算で0.007乃至0.15質量%。 - a)成分のTBNが100mg・KOH/g以上の過塩基性アルカリ土類金属カルボキシレートの配合量がカルシウム量換算で0.38〜1.15質量%の範囲にある請求項1に記載の潤滑油組成物。

- c)成分のアルキル基が第二級アルキル基であるジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛の配合量がリン量換算で0.036乃至0.072質量%の範囲にある請求項1に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- b)成分のビス型のこはく酸イミドもしくはその誘導体が、50%もしくはそれ以上のメチルビニリデン構造を有する高反応性ポリブテンと無水マレイン酸とを熱反応法で反応させて得られたこはく酸イミドもしくはその誘導体である請求項1に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- c)成分のアルキル基が第二級アルキル基であるジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛の各アルキル基が炭素原子数3乃至8のアルキル基である請求項1に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- エンジン潤滑用の潤滑油である請求項1に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- ディーゼルエンジン潤滑用の潤滑油である請求項8に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 4ストロークトランクピストンディーゼルエンジン潤滑用の潤滑油である請求項9に記載の潤滑油組成物。
