【解決手段】 旋回式微細気泡発生装置21は、円筒状のケーシング22内部に形成された気液の旋回可能な空間である気液旋回室23と、気液旋回室23内へ液体10を導入する液体導入口24aと、ケーシング22の一方の端部壁面の中央に配設され気液旋回室23内へ気体11を導入する気体導入口25aと、気体導入口25aと対向するケーシング22の端部壁面の中央に配設された気液吐出口26とを備え、気液旋回室23は、液体導入口24aから導入された液体10によって旋回される気液を整流する予備旋回部23aと、予備旋回部23aで整流された液体10と気体導入口25aから導入された気体11とを接触させる主旋回部23bとを備える。

Claims (2)
- 円筒状のケーシング内部に形成された気液の旋回可能な空間である気液旋回室と、同気液旋回室内へ液体を導入する液体導入口を備えた液体供給円筒と、同液体供給円筒の下端部壁面の中央に配設され気液旋回室内へ気体を導入する気体導入口を備えた気体供給円筒と、前記気体導入口と対向するケーシングの端部壁面の中央に配設された気液吐出口とにより構成され、
前記液体供給円筒は、ケーシングの気液旋回室内部に挿入されて二重円筒構造を形成し、前記液体導入口は、この二重円筒構造部分の液体供給円筒の周壁面の上方に設けられ、
前記二重円筒構造部分のケーシングと液体供給円筒との間に形成される空間が、前記液体導入口から導入された液体によって発生する旋回流を整流する予備旋回部を構成し、
前記気液旋回室の液体供給円筒の下端部より下の空間が、前記予備旋回部で整流された液体と気体導入口から導入された気体とを接触させる主旋回部を構成する
ことを特徴とする旋回式微細気泡発生装置。 - 前記予備旋回部は、前記液体導入口径の1.5〜3.0倍の液体導入方向の幅を有し、かつ、前記液体導入口配設面に前記液体導入口径の1.5〜3.0倍の旋回中心軸方向の高さを有するものである請求項1に記載の旋回式微細気泡発生装置。
