Abstract
【課題】軸受寿命を低下させることなく円筒ころ軸受用もみ抜き保持器の強度を向上させる。
【解決手段】風力発電機用円筒ころ軸受は、外周に軌道を有する内輪と、内周に軌道を有する外輪と、前記内輪の軌道と前記外輪の軌道との間に転動自在に介在させた複数の円筒ころと、前記円筒ころを円周方向で所定間隔に保持する保持器とを有し、前記保持器が、一対の側板42,44と、円周方向に配列され前記一対の側板42,44を連結する複数の柱46とからなり、隣り合う柱46間にポケット48を形成し、前記ポケット48の四隅に盗み部50を設けた、円筒ころ軸受用一体型もみ抜き保持器において、保持器の軸線に垂直な断面で見て、前記柱46の側面を円弧状とし、前記盗み部50を前記柱46の側面と平行とした。

Claims (3)
- 外周に軌道を有する内輪と、内周に軌道を有する外輪と、前記内輪の軌道と前記外輪の軌道との間に転動自在に介在させた複数の円筒ころと、前記円筒ころを円周方向で所定間隔に保持する保持器とを有し、
前記保持器が、一対の側板と、円周方向に配列され前記一対の側板を連結する複数の柱とからなり、隣り合う柱間にポケットを形成し、前記ポケットの四隅に盗み部を設けた、一体型もみ抜き保持器であって、保持器の軸線に垂直な断面において、前記柱の側面が円弧状で、前記盗み部が前記柱の側面と平行である、ことを特徴とする風力発電機用円筒ころ軸受。 - 前記盗み部の形状が、前記柱の側面と鈍角をなす斜面を介して接続した第一ストレート部と、側板の内壁面と鈍角をなす斜面を介して接続した第二ストレート部と、前記第一ストレート部および前記第二ストレート部と接する円弧部とからなることを特徴とする請求項1の風力発電機用円筒ころ軸受。
- 前記盗み部の前記円弧部の曲率半径を、円筒ころの面取りの曲率半径よりも大きく、分割型保持器での応力集中係数より低い値に設定したことを特徴とする請求項2の風力発電機用円筒ころ軸受。
