Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも第一の光信号の送信機構(12)と第一の光信号により反射された少なくとも第二の光信号の受信機構(14)が上面に設置された電子ボード(10)を有し、また、それぞれが送信機構(12)、受信機構(14)の前に設置された、半透明材料からなる送信レンズ(22)と受信レンズ(24)が組み込まれたカバー(20)を有する光電検出器。ボード(10)とカバー(20)は、不透明材料でできた固定支持体(30)上に固定され、支持体(30)は、送信レンズ(22)及び受信レンズ(24)の間のカバー(20)の分割溝(21)にはめ込まれた突出中央ストリップ(31)を有する。

Claims (9)
- 光電検出器であって、
少なくとも第1の光信号の送信機構(12)と第1の光信号により反射された少なくとも第2の光信号の受信機構(14)が上面に設置された電子ボード(10)、
それぞれが送信機構(12)、受信機構(14)の前に設置された、半透明材料からなる送信レンズ(22)と受信レンズ(24)が組み込まれたカバー(20)
を有する光電検出器において、
検出器は、ボード(10)とカバー(20)が上面に取り付けられた、不透明材料でできた固定支持体(30)を有し、支持体(30)は、送信レンズ(22)及び受信レンズ(24)の間のカバー(20)の分割溝(21)にはめ込まれた突出中央ストリップ(31)を有することを特徴とする光電検出器。 - 支持体(30)が、中央ストリップ(31)に垂直で、電子ボード(10)の固定手段を有する横断ベース(39)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光電検出器。
- 固定手段がボード(10)の係止装置と受信レンズ(24)に対する受信機構(14)の位置合わせを行う装置を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光電検出器。
- 位置づけ装置は、受信機構(14)上の少なくとも一つの対応するピン溝(13a、13b)にはめ込み可能な少なくとも一つのピン(33a、33b)を支持体(30)の横断ベース(39)上に有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光電検出器。
- 中央ストリップ(31)が、カバー(20)を支持体(30)上に固定するための、カバー(20)上の補完手段と結合する係止手段(38)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光電検出器。
- 支持体(30)がさらに、ほぼ円筒形で横断ベース(39)に垂直なボディー(35)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光電検出器。
- 検出器が、カバー(20)の溝(21)の遮光性を保つための、送信・受信光信号用の偏光フィルタを有する送信レンズ(22)・受信レンズ(24)上に設置された半透明キャップ(29)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光電検出器。
- 送信機構(12)が赤領域の光信号を送出する光エミッタ部品と赤外線領域の光信号を送出する光エミッタ部品とを有すること、また、受信機構(14)が反射式検出モードにおける検出のための光レシーバ部品と近傍検出モードにおける検出のための光レシーバ部品とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光電検出器。
- カバー(20)と支持体(30)が、半透明材料と不透明材料の2材料の射出によって作られた一体部品として作られていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光電検出器。
