Description
本目的は、二つの不飽和結合剤の特別な組合せによって達成することができる。本発明の結合剤の組合せは、非常に高い反応性を有し、硬化後、良好な粘着性、低い黄変、良好な機械的および化学的耐性、ならびに良好な耐スクラッチ性、特にバター、油およびパラフィンに対する改善された耐性を有する、ヘーズのないフィルムをもたらす。
イソシアネート成分とヒドロキシ化合物の間の反応は、好適には少量の既知のウレタン触媒によって触媒される。適当な触媒としては、第三級アミン、スズ化合物、亜鉛化合物またはビスマス化合物、特にトリエチルアミン、1,4-ジアザビシクロ[2.2.2]オクタン、スズジオクトエートまたはジブチルスズジラウレートが挙げられる。触媒の量は、反応の要件に適合させることができる。適当な量は、反応混合物の重量に基づいて、0.01重量%〜2重量%、好適には0.05重量%〜1重量%およびより好適には0.07重量%〜0.6重量%である。
水相の水のレベル(>100%)は、カールフィッシャー滴定の不正確性(これは、比較的高い水のレベルにて上昇した)からもたらされた。
