Abstract
【解決手段】 エラストマを無添加のポリアミド11またはポリアミド12樹脂をベースレジンにして、エラストマを含有したポリアミド11またはポリアミド12樹脂を前記ベースレジンに加え、両者の融合によりエラストマの分散性を高めた樹脂層を最外層に設ける。

第1実施形態
図1は、第1実施形態による多層樹脂チューブの横断面を示す。この多層樹脂チューブは、外側から順に外層の第1層と、中間の接着層である第2層と、最内層の第3層からなる3層構造の樹脂チューブであり、自動車の燃料配管に用いられることを予定して、燃料に直接触れる面をもつ第3層は低透過性の樹脂を材料とする層から構成している。
透過性を試験する方法には、様々な方法があるが、燃料用チューブに用いる樹脂について低透過性を試験する方法の代表例には、SHED試験機を用いて行うCARB DBL法がある。
図2は、本発明を4層の樹脂層をもった樹脂チューブに適用した実施形態の横断面を示す図である。
この実施形態は、外層の第1層がエラストマ分散樹脂層と、中間の接着層である第2層と、低透過性樹脂層である第3層と、最内層の第4層からなる4層構造の樹脂チューブである。表2に、この第2実施形態による多層樹脂チューブにおいて、材料樹脂の組み合わせ例を示す。
図3は、本発明を5層の樹脂層をもった樹脂チューブに適用した実施形態の横断面を示す図である。
この実施形態は、外層の第1層がエラストマ分散樹脂層と、中間の接着層である第2層と、低透過性樹脂層である第3層と、接着層である第4層と、最内層の第5層からなる5層構造の樹脂チューブである。表3に、この第3実施形態による多層樹脂チューブにおいて、材料樹脂の組み合わせ例を示す。
また、第5層の材料には、PA11、PA12、PPS、エチレンテトラフロロエチレン(ETFE)などの樹脂が用いられる。
Claims (7)
- 熱可塑性樹脂を材料とする複数の樹脂層からなる多層構造を有する樹脂チューブにおいて、
エラストマを無添加のポリアミド11またはポリアミド12樹脂をベースレジンにして、エラストマを含有したポリアミド11またはポリアミド12樹脂を前記ベースレジンに加え、両者の融合によりエラストマの分散性を高めた樹脂層を最外層に有することを特徴とする多層樹脂チューブ。 - 前記エラストマは、オレフィン系エラストマからなり、ベースレジンに加えるポリアミド11またはポリアミド12には、少なくとも5重量%以上のエラストマを含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 中間層および/または最内層に低透過性樹脂層を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記低透過性樹脂層は、ポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS)、エチレンビニルアルコール(EvOH)、LCP(リキッドクリスタライズポリマー)、PBN(ポリブチレンナフタレート)のうち、いずれかの樹脂を材料とすることを特徴とする請求項3に多層樹脂チューブ。
- 最外層の樹脂層の厚さが0.7〜0.9mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 最内層の低透過性樹脂層は、チューブを流れる燃料と直接接触する燃料接触面を有し、106Ω・cm以下の比抵抗を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 最内層のPPS樹脂の厚さは、最低限0.12mm以上の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項4または6に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
