Abstract
【解決手段】 動力分配用プラネタリギヤ21と変速装置22とを仕切る隔壁Cの内周面にベアリング80を装着して、出力軸12の前端部を支持する。第2のモータ23のロータ29後端部を支持する後壁Eのベアリングsの装着面と同一平面II−II部分にベアリング81を介在して、出力軸12の後端部を支持する。これにより、出力軸12は、隔壁C及び後壁Eにて,ベアリング80,81により両持ち構造にて支持される。

前記入力軸(10)と1軸(13)上に整列して配置されかつ駆動車輪に連動する出力軸(12)と、
前記1軸上に配置され、ステータ(24)とロータ(25)とを有する第1の電気モータ(20)と、
前記1軸上に配置され、前記入力軸(10)に連結する第1の回転要素(CRO;図2,RO;図10)と、前記第1の電気モータ(20)のロータ(25)に連結する第2の回転要素(SO;図2,図10)と、前記出力軸(12)に連結する第3の回転要素(RO;図2,CRO;図10)とを有する動力分配用プラネタリギヤ(21)と、
前記1軸上に配置され、ステータ(28)とロータ(29)とを有する第2の電気モータ(23)と、
前記1軸上に配置され、前記第2の電気モータ(23)のロータ(29)の回転を変速して前記出力軸(12)に伝達する変速装置(22)と、を備え、
前記第1の電気モータ(20)、前記動力分配用プラネタリギヤ(21)、前記第2の電気モータ(23)及び前記変速装置(22)を、ケース部材(14)に収納すると共に、前記動力分配用プラネタリギヤ(21)及び前記変速装置(22)が隣接するようにして前記1軸(13)上に整列して配置し、
前記ケース部材(14)に、前記第1及び前記第2の電気モータ(20,23)の前記ステータ(24,28)を固定すると共に、前記第1及び第2の電気モータの前記ロータ(25,29)を前記ケース部材(14)に一体の支持部(A,B)(D,E)に回転自在に支持し、
前記動力分配用プラネタリギヤ(21)及び前記変速装置(22)の間に、前記ケース部材(14)に一体の隔壁(C)を設け、
前記入力軸(10)及び出力軸(12)のいずれか一方の軸(図3,図4,図5,図6にあっては出力軸12、図11にあっては入力軸10)が、その一端部を前記隔壁(C)部分(I)にて、その他端部を前記ロータを支持する前記支持部(E;図3,A;図11)部分(II又はIII)(IV又はV)にて、それぞれ軸受部材(80,81又はu,v)(80,83又は84)を介して直接又は間接的に回転自在に支持されて、両持ち支持構造とした、

前記ハイブリッド駆動装置(7)の前記入力軸(10)を前記内燃エンジンの出力軸(6)に連結すると共に、前記ハイブリッド駆動装置の前記出力軸(12)を前記後車輪(3)に連動した、
ことを特徴とする自動車にある。
図1に、本発明に係る自動車、すなわち本発明に係るハイブリッド駆動装置を搭載した自動車1の一例を示す。同図に示す自動車1は、FR(フロントエンジン・リヤドライブ)タイプの自動車であり、同図はその概略構成を模式的に示す平面図である。なお、実際の自動車においては、同図中の矢印F方向が前側、矢印R方向が後側となる。

Claims (9)
- 内燃エンジンからの動力を入力する入力軸と、
前記入力軸と1軸上に整列して配置されかつ駆動車輪に連動する出力軸と、
前記1軸上に配置され、ステータとロータとを有する第1の電気モータと、
前記1軸上に配置され、前記入力軸に連結する第1の回転要素と、前記第1の電気モータのロータに連結する第2の回転要素と、前記出力軸に連結する第3の回転要素とを有する動力分配用プラネタリギヤと、
前記1軸上に配置され、ステータとロータとを有する第2の電気モータと、
前記1軸上に配置され、前記第2の電気モータのロータの回転を変速して前記出力軸に伝達する変速装置と、を備え、
前記第1の電気モータ、前記動力分配用プラネタリギヤ、前記第2の電気モータ及び前記変速装置を、ケース部材に収納すると共に、前記動力分配用プラネタリギヤ及び前記変速装置が隣接するようにして前記1軸上に整列して配置し、
前記ケース部材に、前記第1及び前記第2の電気モータの前記ステータを固定すると共に、前記第1及び第2の電気モータの前記ロータを前記ケース部材に一体の支持部に回転自在に支持し、
前記動力分配用プラネタリギヤ及び前記変速装置の間に、前記ケース部材に一体の隔壁を設け、
前記入力軸及び出力軸のいずれか一方の軸が、その一端部を前記隔壁部分にて、その他端部を前記ロータを支持する前記支持部部分にて、それぞれ軸受部材を介して直接又は間接的に回転自在に支持されて、両持ち支持構造とした、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記入力軸及び出力軸のいずれか他方の軸が、前記第1又は第2の電気モータの前記ロータを支持する両支持部に、直接又は間接的に回転自在に支持されてなる、
請求項1記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 隣接して配置されている前記動力分配用プラネタリギヤと前記変速装置とが、前記第1の電気モータと前記第2の電気モータとの間に位置するように前記1軸上に配置されてなる、
請求項1又は2記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記ケース部材の後端部に、車体にマウントし得るマウント部を設けてなる、
請求項1又は2記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記1軸上に、前端側から順次、前記第1の電気モータ、前記動力分配用プラネタリギヤ、前記変速装置、前記第2の電気モータを配置した、

前記車体に搭載される請求項1ないし8のいずれか記載のハイブリッド駆動装置と、を備え、
前記車体の前方から順に、前記内燃エンジン、前記ハイブリッド駆動装置を、前記内燃エンジンの出力軸を前記1軸上に揃えてかつ該1軸を車体の前後方向に向けて配置し、
前記ハイブリッド駆動装置の前記入力軸を前記内燃エンジンの出力軸に連結すると共に、前記ハイブリッド駆動装置の前記出力軸を前記後車輪に連動した、
