Abstract
【解決手段】コネクターケース6には、熱伝達するように、担体4がプラグコネクター3、16を介して、接続板24に結合している。更に、コネクターケース6内に設置且つ噛み合わせ可能な保持アングル27を備えている。保持アングル27は担体4のコンタクトピン16を電気的絶縁貫通孔としての円筒部28を備えている。制御装置2の基準電圧を測るため、制御装置2の接続板24の導体路はゴム弾性の導電性を有する接合素子1を介してプラグコネクター3、16のコンタクトピン16に接合可能となっている。接合のため導電性ゴムの射出成形部品を用い、コネクターケース6内の接続板24に押圧して組み立てるようになっている。空気加熱器は少数且つ迅速に組み立てられる部品により構成していることを特徴とする。

Claims (10)
- 電力供給の接合部及び加熱すべき空気を通すコネクターケース(6)並びに担体(4)を介してコネクターケースに固定した加熱素子(21)を有し、コネクターケース(6)には少なくとも2つの電力用の接触素子(3、16)を備え、
コネクターケース(6)は加熱素子に対面する壁面(15)にコンタクトピン(16)を通す少なくとも2つの開口部(13)を備え、
コンタクトピン(16)は担体(4)に配置され壁面(15)の開口部(13)の方向に調整され、
コンタクトピン(16)は、コネクターケース(6)内の保持アングル(27)にコネクターケース(6)に対して電気的に絶縁した状態で配置され且つプラグコネクター(3)を介して接続板(24)に結合していることを特徴とする空気加熱器。 - 保持アングル(27)はコネクターケース(6)に挿入可能であり、開口部(13)を貫通しコンタクトピン(16)を絶縁する円筒部(28)並びに接続板を固定する円筒部(29)及び少なくとも1つの固定部材(33)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気加熱器。
- 保持アングル(27)はケース本体(12)と噛み合って構成していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の空気加熱器。
- 担体(4)のコンタクトピン(16)は並列に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項記載の空気加熱器。
- 担体(4)はコンタクトピンを配置した側に担体(4)を貫通する接合コンタクト(20)が挿入可能なプラグ素子(19′)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項記載の空気加熱器。
- 担体(4)のプラグ素子(19′)はコンタクトピン(16)と電気的に結合していることを特徴とする請求項5記載の空気加熱器。
- 担体(4)は円形に形成され圧空を通す通気孔(18)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項記載の空気加熱器。
- 保持アングル(27)の好ましくはU−字状の軸受胴体(5)に配置された弾性ゴム製の接合素子(1)により、少なくとも1つのコンタクトピン(16)は、接続板(24)に備えた制御装置(2)への信号伝達用の接続板(24)の導体路と接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項記載の空気加熱器。
- 接合素子(1)は金属あるいはグラファイト入り導電性ゴム製の一体的に均質な成形物であり、接続板(24)並びにコンタクトピン(16)を電気的に接触するため接触用部材(7、9)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の空気加熱器。
- 接合素子(1)を押し込むことにより接続板(24)をコネクターケース(6)に固定する際に接合素子(1)が接続板(24)の導体路と電気的に接続することを特徴とする請求項8記載の空気加熱器。
