Abstract
【解決手段】 端部内周面に繊維マット3cを半溶着させたポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンその他の熱可塑性合成樹脂製の筒体31,32,33を、マンホール1の内壁面に沿って積上げ、上下に隣接する半溶着繊維マットに接合用繊維マット4を内側から重ね、硬化性樹脂を接合用繊維マット4及び半溶着繊維マット3cに含浸させて硬化させたマンホールの補修構造とし、筒体とマンホールの内壁面との間にグラウト材45を注入する。筒体の端部内周面の半溶着繊維マットに接合用繊維マットを重ねて硬化性樹脂を含浸、硬化させると、筒体が接着性に劣るポリエチレン等からなるものでも強固に接合して補修を行うことができる。

図1は本発明の一実施形態に係るマンホールの補修構造を示す縦断面図、図2は同補修構造の横断面図、図3は同補修構造における上下の筒体の接合部分を示す拡大部分断面図、図4は同補修構造に用いる筒体を示す斜視図、図5は同補修構造に用いるもう一つの筒体を示す一部切欠斜視図、図6は同補修構造におけるマンホールと下水管との接続部分を示す拡大部分断面図である。

Claims (5)
- 端部内周面に繊維マットを半溶着させた熱可塑性合成樹脂製の筒体を、マンホールの内壁面に沿って積上げ、上下に隣接する半溶着繊維マットに接合用繊維マットを内側から重ね、硬化性樹脂を接合用繊維マット及び半溶着繊維マットに含浸させて硬化させたことを特徴とするマンホールの補修構造。
- 熱可塑性合成樹脂製の筒体がポリエチレン又はポリプロピレン製の筒体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマンホールの補修構造。
- 筒体とマンホールの内壁面との間にグラウト材を注入したことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のマンホールの補修構造。
- 筒体の外面にリブを形成したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマンホールの補修構造。
- 筒体の内周面の所定箇所に繊維マットを半溶着させたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載のマンホールの補修構造。
