Abstract
【解決手段】 電動機M2と、入力軸(歯車軸)104を有する有段式自動変速機とを備え、その入力軸70がケース12に取り付けられる支持壁72に回転可能に支持される車両用駆動装置10において、支持壁72が電動機M2のステータ78とケース12との間に介装させられている状態で、そのステータ78と支持壁72とがボルト98によりケース12に共締めされるように構成する。このようにすれば、第1支持壁72が電動機M2のステータ78とケース12との間のスペーサとして機能することから、別途、スペーサを設ける必要がなくなるので、スペーサの取り付けスペース分だけ、駆動装置10の大型化を防ぐことができる。

Description
図1は、本発明の一実施例であるハイブリッド車両用の駆動装置10を説明する骨子図である。図1において、駆動装置10は車体に取り付けられる非回転部材としてのトランスミッションケース12(以下、ケース12と表す)内において共通の軸心上に配設された入力回転部材としての駆動装置入力軸14と、この駆動装置入力軸14に直接に或いは図示しない脈動吸収ダンパー(振動減衰装置)などを介して間接に連結された差動機構としての動力分配機構16と、その動力分配機構16と駆動装置出力軸22との間で伝達部材18を介して直列に連結されている有段式の自動変速機20と、この自動変速機20に連結されている出力回転部材としての駆動装置出力軸22とを備えている。本実施例では、上記自動変速機20が、歯車装置すなわち回転装置である。

- 電動機と、回転軸を有する回転装置とを備え、該電動機のステータがスペーサを介してケースに取り付けられ、該回転装置の回転軸が該ケースに取り付けられる支持壁に回転可能に支持される車両用駆動装置であって、
前記スペーサと前記支持壁とが一体的に構成されていることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 電動機と、回転軸を有する回転装置とを備え、該回転装置の回転軸がケースに取り付けられる支持壁に回転可能に支持される車両用駆動装置であって、
前記支持壁が前記電動機のステータと前記ケースとの間に介装させられた状態で該ステータと前記支持壁とがボルトにより前記ケースに共締めされていることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記回転装置は、歯車および歯車軸を有する歯車装置であることを請求項1または請求項2の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記歯車装置として、複数の遊星歯車装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項3の車両用駆動装置。

前記電動機のロータも、前記支持壁に回転可能に支持されていることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項3乃至請求項5の車両用駆動装置であって、
