Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によれば,略直六面体形状を有し,開口部12が形成され,この開口部12の内側に据付部11が突出形成されるフレーム部材10と,上記のフレーム部材10に装着され,据付部11で固定されるダミーブロック20とを含む二次電池のパックケースが提供される。本発明によって,複数の二次電池が装着可能なパックケースに二次電池を1つのみ装着する場合でも,同一のパックケースを使用することが可能となる。

Claims (9)
- 略直六面体形状を有し,開口部が形成され,前記開口部の内側に据付部が突出形成されるフレーム部材と;
前記フレーム部材に装着され,前記据付部で固定されるダミーブロックと;
を含むことを特徴とする,二次電池のパックケース。 - 前記ダミーブロックは,
上面と下面をなす少なくとも2つの平板部材と;
前記2つの平板部材間に設けられ,前記ダミーブロックの厚さを一定に保つ補強部材と;
からなることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池のパックケース。 - 前記平板部材の厚さ及び前記補強部材の厚さは,略同一に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項2に記載の二次電池のパックケース。
- 前記ダミーブロックは,前記二次電池と略同一の大きさ及び略同一の形態を有するように形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二次電池のパックケース。
- 前記ダミーブロックは,前記二次電池と略同一の体積を有し,かつ,前記二次電池の隣接した外側面を覆うように略L字形で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載の二次電池のパックケース。
- 前記ダミーブロックは,前記フレーム部材と着脱可能に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の二次電池のパックケース。
- 前記開口部に,前記二次電池の装着をガイドするガイド突起が突出形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1記載の二次電池のパックケース。
- 前記ガイド突起は,前記フレーム部材に接していない側面に対向する側面と,前記据付部に接していない側面に対向する側面とが,一つの湾曲面となるように形成されることを特徴とする,請求項7記載の二次電池のパックケース。
- 前記二次電池の側面と接する前記ダミーブロックの側面が,内側に凹んだ曲面で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の二次電池のパックケース。
