Abstract
【解決手段】金属ガラス1と結晶金属2との接合界面に高エネルギービーム3を走査して形成される溶融層4の組成をガラス形成能を有する組成比の範囲内の組成とする金属ガラスと結晶金属との溶接方法において、高エネルギービーム3の走査域を金属ガラス1と結晶金属2との突合せ面Fから金属ガラス1側へシフトし、金属ガラス1と結晶金属2との共融によって形成される溶融層4の成分組成をガラス形成能を有する組成比の範囲内に入るようにシフト量を調整する。

Claims (3)
- 金属ガラスと結晶金属との接合界面に高エネルギービームを走査して形成される溶融層の組成をガラス形成能を有する組成比の範囲内の組成とする金属ガラスと結晶金属との溶接方法において、
高エネルギービームの走査域を金属ガラスと結晶金属との突合せ面から金属ガラス側へシフトし、このシフト量を調整する金属ガラスと結晶金属との高エネルギービームによる溶接方法。 - 高エネルギービームの走査域の金属ガラスと結晶金属との突合せ面から金属ガラス側へのシフト量が、突合せ面に形成される溶融層の結晶化のTTT曲線のノーズ時間tnが2.0秒以上になるガラス形成能を有する組成比の範囲内になる量である請求項1に記載の金属ガラスと結晶金属との高エネルギービームによる溶接方法。
- 金属ガラスが、液体から冷却する際の結晶化のTTT曲線のノーズ時間tnが2.8秒以上のガラス形成能を持つものである請求項1又は2に記載の金属ガラスと結晶金属との高エネルギービームによる溶接方法。
