Abstract
【解決手段】 Kセグメント1の主桁5に溝3を設ける。また、溝3の底面4の開口部12を介して溝3に連通するように、主桁5内に管11を設ける。さらに、管11に逆止弁13を設け、溝3に主桁5の面位置6から突出しないようにシール材7を形成する。シール材7の外縁部は溝3の底面4に固定され、底面4の開口部12付近とシール材7との間には絶縁材9が設けられる。Kセグメント1をセグメント15の間に設置した後、逆止弁13および管11を介して溝3内に充填材19を充填し、シール材7を面位置6から突出させてセグメント15に接触させて、Kセグメント1とセグメント15との間の止水を行う。

Claims (5)
- セグメントに設けられた溝と、
前記溝に連通するように前記セグメント内に設けられた管と、
前記管に設けられた逆止弁と、
前記セグメントの面位置から突出しないように前記溝に可撓性を有する材料を設置して形成され、外縁部が前記溝に固定されたシール材と、
を具備し、
前記逆止弁および前記管を介して前記溝内に充填材を充填し、前記シール材を前記面位置から突出させることを特徴とするセグメント用シール構造。 - 前記可撓性を有する材料が、液状材料を前記溝に充填して硬化させたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセグメント用シール構造。
- 前記管との連通部分として前記溝に形成される開口部と、前記シール材との間に、絶縁材が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセグメント用シール構造。
- 前記充填材が、充填後に硬化することを特徴とする請求項1記載のセグメント用シール構造。
- 前記セグメントの前記溝の側方に設けられた第2の溝と、
前記セグメントの面位置から突出するように、前記第2の溝内に固定された第2のシール材と、
をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載のセグメント用シール構造。
