Abstract
【解決手段】 種籾に潜在している細菌および糸状菌を死滅ないしは不活化させて、イネの栽培時に発生する病害を防除する方法である。種籾を所定温度の温湯に所定時間浸漬する温湯消毒処理により、種籾に潜在している細菌および糸状菌を第一次的に死滅ないしは不活化させる第一次処理と、種籾を所定温度の温湯に所定時間浸漬して種籾を発芽させる催芽処理の温湯に食酢を添加することにより、種籾の催芽処理中に種籾に潜在している細菌および糸状菌を第二次的に死滅ないしは不活化させる第二次処理を行う。

Claims (5)
- 種籾に潜在している細菌および糸状菌を死滅ないしは不活化させて、イネの栽培時に発生する病害を防除する方法であって、
種籾を所定温度の温湯に所定時間浸漬する温湯消毒処理により、種籾に潜在している細菌および糸状菌を第一次的に死滅ないしは不活化させる第一次処理と、
種籾を所定温度の温湯に所定時間浸漬して種籾を発芽させる催芽処理の温湯に食酢を添加することにより、種籾の催芽処理中に種籾に潜在している細菌および糸状菌を第二次的に死滅ないしは不活化させる第二次処理を行う
ことを特徴とするイネの病害防除方法。 - 温湯消毒処理による第一次処理の対象となる細菌および糸状菌は、主として苗立枯細菌病菌、もみ枯細菌病菌、ばか苗病菌、いもち病菌であり、催芽処理による第二次処理の対象となる細菌は、主として褐条病菌であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のイネの病害防除方法。
- 催芽処理の温湯に添加する食酢の割合は、温湯100リットル中に食酢2.5〜5.0リットルであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のイネの病害防除方法。
- 催芽処理の温湯温度は30℃〜32℃、催芽時間は12〜24時間であることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載のイネの病害防除方法。
- 催芽処理の温湯に添加する食酢は、酸度4〜5%うち酢酸含有量が90〜80%の醸造酢または合成酢であることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4記載のイネの病害防除方法。
