Abstract
【解決手段】 第1のアルミニウム合金粉末を用いて、歯車本体部分を形成するための歯車本体用リング11をプレ成形し(工程ST1、3)、第1のアルミニウム合金粉末に比べて、加工性および靭性が低く、耐磨耗性および硬度が高い第2のアルミニウム合金粉末を用いて、内歯形成用リング12Aをプレ成形し(工程ST2、4)、歯車本体用リング11Aの内側に内歯形成用リング12Aを嵌めた状態でこれらを粉末鍛造して一体化し(工程ST5)、得られたリング状の鍛造品に歯切り加工を含む後加工を施して(工程ST6)、波動歯車装置の剛性内歯歯車を製造する。

Claims (5)
- 第1のアルミニウム合金粉末を用いて、歯車本体部分を形成するための歯車本体用リングをプレ成形し、
前記第1のアルミニウム合金粉末に比べて、耐磨耗性および硬度が高い第2のアルミニウム合金粉末を用いて、内歯形成部分を形成するための内歯形成用リングあるいは円盤をプレ成形し、
前記歯車本体用リングの内側に前記内歯形成用リングあるいは円盤を嵌めた状態でこれらを粉末鍛造して一体化し、
得られたリング状あるいは円盤状の鍛造品に歯切り加工を含む後加工を施すことを特徴とする波動歯車装置の剛性内歯歯車の製造方法。 - 請求項1において、
前記歯車本体用リングのみをプレ成形し、
この歯車本体用リングを鍛造型に入れて前記第2のアルミニウム合金粉末を用いて粉末鍛造を行うことにより、当該歯車本体用リングの内側に内歯形成部分が一体化された鍛造品を製造し、
前記鍛造品に前記後加工を施すことを特徴とする波動歯車装置の剛性内歯歯車の製造方法。 - 請求項1において、
前記内歯形成用リングあるいは円盤のみをプレ成形し、
この内歯形成用リングあるいは円盤を鍛造型に入れて前記第1のアルミニウム合金粉末を用いて粉末鍛造を行うことにより、当該内歯形成用リングあるいは円盤の外側に前記歯車本体部分が一体化された鍛造品を製造し、
前記鍛造品に前記後加工を施すことを特徴とする波動歯車装置の剛性内歯歯車の製造方法。 - 請求項1、2または3において、
前記粉末鍛造の代わりに熱間押し出しを行い、
得られたリング状あるいは円盤状の部品に前記後加工を施すことを特徴とする波動歯車装置の剛性内歯歯車の製造方法。 - 請求項1ないし4のうちのいずれかの方法により製造されたことを特徴とする波動歯車装置の剛性内歯歯車。
