Abstract
【解決手段】 気体圧縮機構17は、両端開放のシリンダ部材22及び該シリンダ部材の両端を閉鎖する端壁部材で構成されるシリンダ22、23a、23bと、該シリンダによって規定されるシリンダ室17a内に配置され、該シリンダ室を複数の圧縮室17fに周方向へ区画するベーン17cが設けられたロータ17bとを有する。シリンダ部材22には、シリンダ室17aの周壁に開放する吸入口24及び吐出口25が形成されている。ハウジング12の吸入ポート11を経て吸入された気体はシリンダ部材22の外周に沿って形成された吸入通路26を経て吸入口24に案内され、吐出口25から排出される圧縮気体はシリンダ部材22の肉厚部内をシリンダ室17aの中心軸線方向に伸びる吐出通路27を経て吐出ポート13に案内される。

Claims (5)
- 吸入ポート及び吐出ポートが形成されたハウジングと、該ハウジングに収容され、前記吸入ポートを経て吸入された気体を圧縮し、圧縮された気体を前記吐出ポートを経て排出する気体圧縮機構とを備え、該気体圧縮機構は、円形あるいは楕円の横断面形状を有するシリンダ室を規定し、圧縮すべき気体を前記シリンダ室に吸入するための吸入口及び圧縮された気体を前記シリンダ室から排出するための吐出口が前記シリンダ室の周壁に開放するシリンダを有し、前記吸入口は前記シリンダ室の周方向に対応する前記シリンダの外周に沿って形成された吸入通路を経て前記吸入ポートに連通し、前記吐出口は前記シリンダの肉厚部内を前記シリンダ室の中心軸線に沿って伸びる吐出通路に該吐出通路の周壁で連通し、前記吐出通路を経て前記吐出ポートに連通することを特徴とする気体圧縮機。
- 前記気体圧縮機構は、前記シリンダ室内に回転可能に配置され、前記シリンダ室を複数の圧縮室に周方向へ区画するベーンが設けられたロータとを有し、前記圧縮室の容積が前記ロータの回転に伴って増減するベーンロータリ式気体圧縮機であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気体圧縮機。
- 前記シリンダは、前記シリンダ室のための空所を規定する両端開放のシリンダ部材と、該シリンダ部材の両端を閉鎖する端壁部材とを有し、前記シリンダ室の周壁に開放する吸入口及び吐出口が前記シリンダ部材に形成され、前記吸入通路は前記シリンダ部材の外周に沿って形成され、前記吐出通路は前記シリンダ部材の肉厚部内で前記シリンダ部材の一端から他端へ向けて伸びる請求項2に記載の気体圧縮機。
- 前記吸入通路は前記吸気ポートに連通する吸気室から前記シリンダ部材の下方に伸長する第1通路部分と、前記シリンダ部材の外周面を巡って形成される凹溝によって規定され前記第1通路部分に連なりかつ前記吸入口に連通する環状の第2通路部分とを備える請求項3に記載の気体圧縮機。
- 前記吸気室には前記圧縮機構を駆動する電動モータが配置された電動気体圧縮機であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の気体圧縮機。
