Abstract
【解決手段】補充装置(130)は、第1流体容器(220)、第2流体容器(210)、並びに第1流体容器及び第2流体容器をガスの供給源(205)に連結する接続装置を包含する。第1流体容器は、ガスから凝縮された或る量の液体に対応する容積を有し、ガスは、相変態のときに第1流体容器と第2流体容器との合計容積以内で所望のガス圧を発現する。第1流体容器は、第1流体容器を極低温に冷却するために液体窒素浴(230)の中に浸漬ためのコイル状配管であるのが好ましく、それによってガスを凝縮して液体形態にする。本発明は、[18O]酸素ガスを、[18F]フッ素ガス製造のための[18O]O2/F2標的システムに提供するのに特に最適である。所望の圧力は、補充装置の各補充の間の製造ランの工業的に重要な回数に対して適切な量の[18O]酸素ガスを[18O]O2/F2標的システムに供給するために40〜50バールが理想的である。

Description
ポジトロン放出断層撮影法(PET)は、生存被験者の組織内のポジトロン放出放射性医薬品の濃度を測定するための医療用撮像技術である。サイクロトロンで生成したフッ素−18の放射性核種から調製される放射性医薬品は、脳、心臓、の研究及び臨床研究のための種々のPET生物学的プローブの中で、及びガンの診断で広い用途を見出してきた。典型的PET処置の中では、放射性医薬品が被験者の血流に投与され、次いで生体内で放射性医薬品から放出されるポジトロン放射能の分布が、時間の関数として放出断層撮影法により測定される。被験者の組織が放射性医薬品と相互に作用するとき、コンピュータによる再構成手法が行なわれて、組織の断層撮影画像が得られる。

Claims (10)
- 第1流体容器(220)、
第2流体容器(210)、並びに
前記第1流体容器及び第2流体容器をガスの供給源に連結するための接続装置を含む装置(130)において:
前記第1流体容器(220)が前記ガスから凝縮された或る量の液体に対応する容積を有し、前記ガスが、相変態のときに前記第1流体容器と前記第2流体容器との合計容積以内で所望のガス圧を発現すること、
を特徴とする前記装置。 - 前記第1流体容器(220)が、コイル状配管、並びに更に:
液体窒素浴(230)、及び
前記コイル状配管を前記液体窒素浴と接触したり、接触しなかったりするように配置にするためのモーターを含むこと、
を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 - 特許請求の範囲第2項の装置、及び
[18O]O2/F2標的システム(120)を含む[18F]フッ素製造システム(100)。 - 前記所望の圧力が、前記[18O]O2/F2標的システム(100)の製造ランの予め定められた数に対して前記[18O]酸素ガスを前記[18O]O2/F2標的システム(120)に供給する前記装置を基準にすることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第4項に記載の[18F]フッ素製造システム(100)。
- 第1流体容器(220)を極低温に冷却する段階、
ガスを前記極低温に冷却された第1流体容器(220)に供給する段階であって、前記ガスは前記極低温に冷却された第1流体容器(220)内で凝縮して液体形態になること、
前記第1流体容器(220)が前記凝縮液体で満杯になるときに、
前記第1流体容器(220)を温めて前記凝縮液体を変態してガスにする段階、及び
前記変態ガスを膨張させて第2流体容器(210)に入れる段階、
の各段階を含む方法において:
前記変態ガスが、前記第1流体容器(220)内の前記凝縮液体の全容積を基準にして前記第1流体容器と第2流体容器との合計容積以内で所望のガス圧を有すること、
を特徴とする前記方法。 - 前記第1流体容器(220)がコイル状配管を含み、前記極低温冷却の段階が、液体窒素浴(230)を前記第1流体容器(220)に適用する段階を含み、及び温める段階が、前記適用された液体窒素浴を前記第1流体容器(220)から取り除く段階を含むことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスが[18O]酸素ガスであり、前記第1流体容器(220)の容積が前記第2流体容器(210)の容積より小さく、及び前記所望のガス圧が40〜50バールであることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置又は第5項に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記第1流体容器(220)が前記凝縮液体で満杯になるときに、前記ガスの供給源を停止する段階を含むことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記第1流体容器を極低温に冷却する前記段階に先立って、前記第1流体容器及び前記第2流体容器を排気する段階を含むことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記第1流体容器及び前記第2流体容器を[18O]O2/F2標的システム(120)に連結する段階、及び
前記変態ガスを前記第1流体容器及び前記第2流体容器から前記[18O]O2/F2標的システム(120)に流す段階、
の各段階を含むことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法。
