Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の強化プラスチックライニング二重殻タンクは、タンクの表面に間隙を介して強化プラスチック層を被覆形成した強化プラスチックライニング二重殻タンクにおいて、前記タンクの表面に微粒子を混合した塗料を塗布し、当該塗料の表面から前記微粒子の少なくとも一部を突出させた塗料層を形成したことを特徴とする。

(11)のタンク 水膜は形成されず、当初から点状になり、やがて消滅した。
(12)のタンク 水膜は形成されず、当初から大きな点状になると共に急速に下方へ流れた。

Claims (5)
- タンクの表面に間隙を介して強化プラスチック層を被覆形成した強化プラスチックライニング二重殻タンクにおいて、
前記タンクの表面に微粒子を混合した塗料を塗布し、当該塗料の表面から前記微粒子の少なくとも一部を突出させた塗料層を形成したことを特徴とする強化プラスチックライニング二重殻タンク。 - 微粒子の少なくとも一部が、直接又は間接に強化プラスチック層に当接している請求項1に記載の強化プラスチックライニング二重殻タンク。
- 前記微粒子の平均粒径が75〜500μmである請求項1に記載の強化プラスチックライニング二重殻タンク。
- 前記微粒子の平均粒径が100〜250μmである請求項1に記載の強化プラスチックライニング二重殻タンク。
- 前記微粒子の添加量が塗料に対し5乃至15重量部である請求項1に記載の強化プラスチックライニング二重殻タンク。
