Abstract
【解決手段】 ダストを含む排ガスが流れる配管内の下流方向に、平均ミスト粒径が500μm以下の水の粒子を排ガス1Nm3容積あたりに50gから500gの量吐出させて集塵を行うことで、ダストの堆積を抑え、さらに、排ガス温度が600℃以上になった場合に配管内に水を吐出させることで、効率よく集塵する排ガス集塵方法である。

Description
さらに前記の換気集塵する際に、排ガス温度が600℃以上になった場合に配管内に水を吐出させることを特徴とするの排ガス集塵方法である。
また、配置したノズルの本数やノズル配置の条件は限定するものではないが、ダストの付着速度低減の為に1本当たりの水量を少なくして行った方がよい効果が得られることが確認できており、ノズルの本数を多くして1本当たりの水量を少なくして行う方が特に好ましい。

Claims (2)
- ダストを含む排ガスが流れる配管内の下流方向に、平均ミスト粒径が500μm以下の水の粒子を排ガス1Nm3容積あたりに50gから500gの量吐出させて集塵を行うことを特徴とする、排ガス集塵方法。
- 排ガス温度が600℃以上になった場合に配管内に水を吐出させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排ガス集塵方法。
