Abstract
【解決手段】ダクト30を火災の際に遮断するための装置であって、ハウジング11と、このハウジング11にダクト30を収容するよう形成した収容部17とを設け、ハウジング11には、火災の際にダクト30に切り込んで遮断するよう駆動手段28によって収容部17に向かってハウジング11から遮断位置42に移動可能にした切断および遮断素子20を設け、またハウジング11には、固定素子により取り付けを行う固定部29を設けたダクト遮断装置10において、収容部17の切断および遮断素子20側とは反対側を開放した構成にし、またハウジング11に少なくとも1個の止め部15を設け、切断および遮断素子20にはこの止め部15に連係動作する少なくとも1個の対向止め部25を設けて切断および遮断素子20の遮断位置42を規定する構成とする。

Claims (9)
- 導管もしくはケーブルチャンネルのようなダクト(30)を火災の際に遮断するための装置であって、ハウジング(11)と、このハウジング(11)にダクト(30)を収容するよう形成した収容部(17)とを設け、ハウジング(11)には、火災の際にダクト(30)に切り込んで遮断するよう駆動手段(28)によって収容部(17)に向かってハウジング(11)から遮断位置(42)に移動可能にした切断および遮断素子(20)を設け、またハウジング(11)には、固定素子により取り付けを行う固定部(29)を設けたダクト遮断装置において、
前記収容部(17)の切断および遮断素子(20)側とは反対側を開放した構成にし、またハウジング(11)に少なくとも1個の止め部(15)を設け、切断および遮断素子(20)にはこの止め部(15)に連係動作する少なくとも1個の対向止め部(25)を設けて切断および遮断素子(20)の遮断位置(42)を規定する構成としたことを特徴とするダクト遮断装置。 - 前記収容部(17)をハウジングの前方延長部(13)により部分的に包囲し、各前方延長部(13)にそれぞれ止め部(15)を設けた請求項1記載のダクト遮断装置。
- 2個の前方延長部(13)を設け、この前方延長部(13)の遊端(14)にそれぞれ止め部(15)を設けた請求項1または2記載のダクト遮断装置。
- 切断および遮断素子(20)の長手方向両側に案内(26)を設け、この案内(26)の収容部(17)対向する側の端部(27)にそれぞれ対向止め部(25)を設けた請求項2記載のダクト遮断装置。
- ハウジング(11)に底面(12)を設け、この底面(12)を取付状態で壁(50)に隣接させ、収容部(17)から切れ込む切欠き(19)を底面(12)に設けた請求項1記載のダクト遮断装置。
- 前記切断および遮断素子(20)に、遮断部(23,24)を互いに平行にずれた状態にする段差部を設け、この段差部(22)を切断および遮断素子(20)の進行方向にほぼ直交する方向に延在するものとした請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のダクト遮断装置。
- 前記段差部(22)に、前記対向止め部(25)を設けた請求項6記載のダクト遮断装置。
- 前記駆動手段(28)を膨張可能な材料により構成した請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか一項に記載のダクト遮断装置。
- ハウジング(11)の底面(12)に隣接して、ハウジング(11)に通気孔(18)を設けた請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか一項に記載のダクト遮断装置。
