Description
Claims (16)
- 火炎を生成する手段(1,2)とその火炎の中に粉末を噴射する手段(3)とを含む溶射装置であって、前記火炎生成手段(1,2)が、溶射を受ける基材に向かって火炎がそこから案内されるエンドピース(1)を含む当該溶射装置において、前記粉末噴射手段(3)が、エンドピース(1)から火炎噴出方向に突出するフレーム部材(6)を含み、前記フレーム部材がエンドピース(1)から延在する火炎帯域を少なくとも部分的には取り囲むことを特徴とする、溶射装置。
- フレーム部材(6)は、エンドピース(1)から延在する火炎帯域の円周の少なくとも90°、好ましくは180°をカバーすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶射装置。
- フレーム部材(6)は、エンドピース(1)から延在する火炎帯域の円周の少なくとも270°をカバーすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶射装置。
- フレーム部材(6)は、その横断面がエンドピース(1)の内周の横断面の幾何学的形状に対応する内周を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の溶射装置。
- フレーム部材(6)は、リング形状の部材を規定することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の溶射装置。
- 火炎噴出方向においてエンドピース(1)を越えて突出する少なくともフレーム部材(6)の部分は、少なくとも1つの半径方向貫通孔(9)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の溶射装置。
- 複数の半径方向貫通孔(9)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の溶射装置。
- 少なくとも6個であり、更に好ましくは10個以上の半径方向貫通孔(9)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の溶射装置。
- それらの貫通孔(9)は、フレーム部材(6)の周囲に一様に配分されることを特徴とする、請求項7から8のいずれか1つに記載の溶射装置。
- エンドピース(1)は、内側幅すなわち内径dを有し、フレーム部材(6)は、間隔pだけ突出し、0.5d<p<6dであり、好ましくは0.5d<p<2dであることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の溶射装置。
- エンドピース(1)は、内側幅すなわち内径dを有し、フレーム部材(6)の突出部分は、内側の対応する幅すなわち直径Dを有し、Dは、dと等しいかまたはそれより大きいものであり、好ましくは、D<1.2dであることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載の溶射装置。
- 火炎に向かって粉末を案内する2つ以上の粉末噴射ポート(5)は、フレーム部材(6)の内周に配分されることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1つに記載の溶射装置。
- 粉末噴射ポート(5)は、フレーム部材(6)の周囲に一様に配分されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の溶射装置。
- 各々の粉末噴射ポート(5)は、フレーム部材を貫通する半径方向孔すなわち開口部の中に挿入されるノズルを含むものであり、少なくとも1つ以上の貫通孔(9)は、上記ノズル(5)をその中に収容するように適応されることを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の溶射装置。
- フレーム部材(6)は、エンドピース(1)に対して取外し可能に取付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか1つに記載の溶射装置。
- 火炎生成手段によって生成される火炎は、プラズマジェットであることを特徴とする、請求項1から15のいずれか1つに記載の溶射装置。
