[式中、
− Rは6〜19個又は18個のC原子を有する直鎖状又は分枝鎖状のアルキル基であり、
− Aはプロピレンオキシであり、
− Bはエチレンオキシ又はエチレンオキシ及びプロピレンオキシからの混合物であり、
− nは0<n≦5の整数又は分数であり、
− mは0<m≦20の整数又は分数であり、その際、
Rが一般式C5H11CH(C3H7)CH2−のアルキル基である場合に、nは0<n<1の整数又は分数であるが、但し、
Rについては、一般実験式C5H11CH(C3H7)CH2−で示され、
70〜99質量%が、C5H11がn−C5H11を意味する基R1であり、かつ
1〜30質量%が、C5H11がC2H5CH(CH3)CH2及び/又はCH3CH(CH3)CH2CH2を意味する基R2である
アルキル基の異性体混合物を除く]のアルコキシレートを少なくとも含有する組成物によって解決される。
70〜99質量%が、C5H11がn−C5H11を意味する基R1であり、かつ
1〜30質量%が、C5H11がC2H5CH(CH3)CH2及び/又はCH3CH(CH3)CH2CH2を意味する基R2であるアルキル基の異性体混合物を除く。
− M1はZn2+、Fe2+、Fe3+、Co3+、Ni2+、Mn2+、Co2+、Sn2+、Pb2+、Mo4+、Mo6+、Al3+、V4+、V5+、Sr2+、W4+、W6+、Cr2+、Cr3+、Cd2+、Hg2+、Pd2+、Pt2+、V2+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Ba2+、Cu2+、La3+、Ce3+、Ce4+、Eu3+、Ti3+、Ti4+、Ag+、Rh2+、Rh3+、Ru2+、Ru3+からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属イオンであり、
− M2はFe2+、Fe3+、Co2+、Co3+、Mn2+、Mn3+、V4+、V5+、Cr2+、Cr3+、Rh3+、Ru2+、Ir3+からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属イオンであり、
− A及びXは互いに無関係に、ハロゲン化物、水酸化物、硫酸、炭酸、シアン化物、チオシアン酸、イソシアン酸、シアン酸、カルボン酸、シュウ酸、硝酸、ニトロシル、硫酸水素物、リン酸、リン酸二水素物、リン酸水素物又は炭酸水素物からなる群から選択されるアニオンであり、
− Lは、水と混和可能な配位子であって、アルコール、アルデヒド、ケトン、エーテル、ポリエーテル、エステル、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、尿素、アミド、第一級アミン、第二級アミン及び第三級アミン、ピリジン窒素を有する配位子、ニトリル、スルフィド、ホスフィド、ホスファイト、ホスファン、ホスホネート及びホスフェートからなる群から選択される配位子であり、
− kは0より大きい分数又は整数もしくは0であり、かつ
− Pは有機添加物であり、
− a、b、c、d、g及びnは、化合物(I)の電子中性度が保証されるように選択され、その際、c=0であってよく、
− eは配位子分子の数であって、0より大きい分数又は整数もしくは0であり、
− f及びhは互いに無関係に0より大きい分数又は整数もしくは0である]の二元金属シアン化物化合物が適当である。
− 硬質表面の浄化のための界面活性剤配合物:本発明にかかるアルコキシレートを添加できる適当な界面活性剤配合物は、例えばLouis Ho Tan TaiによるFormulating Detergents and Personal Care Products、AOCS出版、2000年に記載されている。
Claims (10)
- 一般式:
RO(A)n(B)mH (I)
[式中、
− Rは6〜19個のC原子を有する直鎖状又は分枝鎖状のアルキル基であり、
− Aはプロピレンオキシであり、
− Bはエチレンオキシ又はエチレンオキシ及びプロピレンオキシからの混合物であり、
− nは0<n≦5の整数又は分数であり、
− mは0<m≦20の整数又は分数であり、その際、
Rが一般式C5H11CH(C3H7)CH2−のアルキル基である場合には、nは0<n<1の整数又は分数であるが、但し、
Rについては、一般実験式C5H11CH(C3H7)CH2−で示され、
70〜99質量%が、C5H11がn−C5H11を意味する基R1であり、かつ
1〜30質量%が、C5H11がC2H5CH(CH3)CH2及び/又はCH3CH(CH3)CH2CH2を意味する基R2である
アルキル基の異性体混合物を除く]のアルコキシレートを少なくとも含有する組成物。 - 基Rがゲルベアルコールから誘導される、請求項1記載の組成物。
- Rが一般式C5H11CH(C3H7)CH2−のアルキル基である、請求項1又は2記載の組成物。
- Bがエチレンオキシである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- mが2〜14の整数又は分数である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 組成物中で、亜鉛含量が0ppmより高くかつ15ppm以下であるか、又はコバルト含量が0ppmより高くかつ7ppm以下であるか、又は亜鉛含量が0ppmより高くかつ15ppm以下であり、かつコバルト含量が0ppmより高くかつ7ppm以下である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の組成物の製造方法であって、少なくとも1種のアルコールROHとプロピレンオキシド及びエチレンオキシドとをアルコキシ化条件下に反応させ、その際、アルコキシ化を触媒として二元金属シアン化物の存在下に実施することを特徴とする方法。
- 乳化剤、発泡調節剤として、及び硬質表面のための湿潤剤としての、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の組成物の使用。
- 洗剤、硬質表面の洗浄のための界面活性剤配合物、保湿剤、化粧品、医薬品配合物及び植物保護配合物、塗料、被覆剤、接着剤、皮革脱脂剤、テキスタイル工業、繊維加工、金属加工、食品工業、水処理、製紙工業、発酵処理又は選鉱のための配合物における、及び乳化重合における、請求項8記載の使用。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の組成物を含有する、洗剤、洗浄剤、湿潤剤、被覆剤、接着剤、皮革脱脂剤、保湿剤又はテキスタイル処理剤又は化粧品配合物、医薬品配合物又は植物保護配合物。
