Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- メッキ板材をレーザー機械加工する方法であって、少なくとも1枚の板材の少なくとも1面上に、前記表面から突出した少なくとも1つの構造形状変形が前記レーザーを用いて生成される方法において、
前記レーザー光線はスキャナ装置を用いて前記表面上へ向けられることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記レーザー光線は前記表面の上に焦点を結ばないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザー光線は、その機械加工領域付近でこの板材を継続的に溶解することで、前記少なくとも1枚の板材の前記光線とは反対側に、前記少なくとも1つの構造形状変形を生成することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記スキャナ装置はレーザー光線を案内し、
その機械加工領域の中心の回りに段々狭くなる螺旋状を描くことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1枚の別の板材が前記少なくとも1つのメッキ板材と接触させられ、前記少なくとも1つの突出した構造形状変形が前記少なくとも2枚の板材の間に少なくとも1つの間隙の形成をもたらし、そして
前記少なくとも2枚の板材は、前記加工工程で形成される蒸気生成物が前記少なくとも1つの間隙の中に逃げ込めるように、前記少なくとも1つの間隙の付近で一緒に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記結果として得られる溶接継ぎ目が、少なくとも部分的に、それより前に生成された前記少なくとも1つの構造形状変形と置き換わるような方法で、前記少なくとも2枚の板材が一緒に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
