- 保護されるコンテンツマテリアルのセグメントに透かしを符合化する透かし符号化器;及び
前記透かし符号化器に実施可能であるように結合された冗長度制御器であって、前記の保護されるコンテンツマテリアルに複数の透かしを符合化するために前記透かし符号化器を制御する、冗長度制御器;
を有することを特徴とする透かし化システム。 - 請求項1に記載の透かし化システムであって;
前記冗長度制御器は、受信システムにおいて前記の複数の透かしの少なくとも1つの検出を容易にするために前記の複数の透かしの数を決定する;
ことを特徴とする透かし化システム。 - 請求項2に記載の透かし化システムであって;
前記冗長度制御器は、前記受信システムにおいて前記の保護されるコンテンツマテリアルの修正の検出を容易にするために前記の複数の透かしの前記数を更に決定する;
ことを特徴とする透かし化システム。 - 請求項2に記載の透かし化システムであって;
複数の透かしの前記数nは、次式

を満足し;
qは前記コンテンツマテリアルにおいて各々の透かしを検出しない確率に対応し;
kは、前記コンテンツマテリアルが保護されることの決定におけるエラーの確率に対応する;
ことを特徴とする透かし化システム。 - 請求項1に記載の透かし化システムであって:
前記冗長度制御器は、受信システムにおいて前記の保護されるコンテンツマテリアルの修正の検出を容易にするために前記複数の透かしの前記数を決定する;
ことを特徴とする透かし化システム。 - 選択されたコンテンツマテリアルにおいて透かしを検出する透かしテスタ;
前記透かしテスタに実施可能であるように結合された認証テスタであって、前記コンテンツマテリアルにおいて複数の透かしを検出するために前記透かしテスタを制御する、認証テスタ;及び
前記認証テスタに実施可能であるように結合されたゲートであって、前記コンテンツマテリアルにおいて前記透かしの1つ又はそれ以上の検出に基づいて、前記コンテンツマテリアルのレンダリングを制御する、ゲート;
を有することを特徴とするセキュリティシステム。 - 請求項6に記載のセキュリティシステムであって:
前記認証テスタは、前記透かしテスタにより検出される前記の複数の透かしのコンテンツを更に維持し;及び
前記ゲートは、前記複数の透かしのカウントに基づいて、前記コンテンツマテリアルの前記レンダリングを更に制御する;
ことを特徴とするセキュリティシステム。 - 請求項7に記載のセキュリティシステムであって:
前記ゲートは、カウントの第1予測値及び第2予測値に基づく目安を伴うカウントの比較に基づいて、前記レンダリングを制御し、前記第1予測値は、前記コンテンツマテリアルが変更されない場合、前記コンテンツマテリアルから予測された検出に対応し、前記第2予測値は、前記コンテンツマテリアルが変更される場合、前記コンテンツマテリアルから予測された検出に対応する;
ことを特徴とするセキュリティシステム。 - 請求項8に記載のセキュリティシステムであって:
前記ゲートは、前記カウントに基づいて、適用される統計的検定の結果に基づいて前記レンダリングを制御する;
ことを特徴とするセキュリティシステム。 - 請求項9に記載のセキュリティシステムであって、前記統計的検定は:
カイ二乗検定;
二項検定;及び
逐次検定;
の少なくとも1つを有する、ことを特徴とするセキュリティシステム。 - 請求項10に記載のセキュリティシステムであって:
前記逐次検定は逐次確率比検定を有する;
ことを特徴とするセキュリティシステム。 - 請求項6に記載のセキュリティシステムであって:
前記コンテンツマテリアルのレンダリングをもたらすレンダシングシステム;
を更に有することを特徴とするセキュリティシステム。 - コンテンツマテリアルに対するアクセス権利を決定するための方法であって:
前記コンテンツマテリアルにおいて符合化される複数の透かしから1つ又はそれ以上の検出された透かしを検出する段階;
前記の1つ又はそれ以上の透かしのカウントを維持する段階;及び
前記カウントに基づいて、前記コンテンツマテリアルへのアクセスを与える;
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項13に記載の方法であって、前記コンテンツマテリアルへのアクセスを与える段階は:
カウントの第1予測値及び第2予測値に基づく目安に前記カウントを比較する手順であって、前記第1予測値は、前記コンテンツマテリアルが変更されない場合、前記コンテンツマテリアルから予測された検出に対応し、前記第2予測値は、前記コンテンツマテリアルが変更される場合、前記コンテンツマテリアルから予測された検出に対応する、手順;
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項14に記載の方法であって:
前記目安は統計的検定に基づいている;
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項15に記載の方法であって、前記統計的検定は:
カイ二乗検定;
二項検定;及び
逐次検定;
の少なくとも1つを有する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項16に記載の方法であって:
前記逐次検定は逐次確率比検定を有する;
