Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 第1の基体及び第2の基体を互いに対向させてなり、画素毎に透過領域及び反射領域を有する液晶パネルを備えた半透過型液晶表示装置であって、前記第1の基体は、各画素における透過領域以外の領域に反射部材を有し、前記第2の基体は、前記透過領域の少なくとも一部に散乱部材を有する、ことを特徴とする半透過型液晶表示装置。
- 前記第2の基体は、前記透過領域以外の領域に対応する領域に前記散乱部材よりも低い散乱能を有する他の散乱部材を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の半透過型液晶表示装置。
- 第1の基体及び第2の基体を互いに対向させてなり、画素毎に透過領域及び反射領域を有する液晶パネルを備えた半透過型液晶表示装置であって、前記第1の基体は、各画素における透過領域以外の領域に反射部材を有し、前記第2の基体は、前記透過領域の少なくとも一部に散乱能を有する第1のカラーフィルタを有すると共に、前記第1の基体の前記透過領域以外の領域に対応する領域に第2のカラーフィルタを有する、ことを特徴とする半透過型液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1のカラーフィルタは、前記第2のカラーフィルタの色と異なる色を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の半透過型液晶表示装置。
- 第1の基体及び第2の基体を互いに対向させてなり、画素毎に透過領域及び反射領域を有する液晶パネルを備えた半透過型液晶表示装置の製造方法であって、前記第1の基体の各画素における透過領域以外の領域に反射部材を設ける工程と、前記第2の基体の前記透過領域の少なくとも一部に散乱部材を設ける工程と、を具備する、ことを特徴とする半透過型液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記第2の基体において、前記第1の基体の前記透過領域以外の領域に対応する領域に前記散乱部材よりも低い散乱能を有する他の散乱部材を設ける工程をさらに具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の半透過型液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- 第1の基体及び第2の基体を互いに対向させてなり、画素毎に透過領域及び反射領域を有する液晶パネルを備えた半透過型液晶表示装置の製造方法であって、前記第1の基体の各画素における透過領域以外の領域に反射部材を設ける工程と、前記第2の基体の前記透過領域の少なくとも一部に散乱能を有する第1のカラーフィルタを設ける工程と、前記第2の基体において、前記第1の基体の前記透過領域以外の領域に対応する領域に第2のカラーフィルタを設ける工程と、を具備する、ことを特徴とする半透過型液晶表示装置の製造方法。
