Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、浸透圧装置を使用して注射可能な薬剤を投与する投与装置に関する。該装置は、溶媒を保持する第一のチャンバ2と、溶液を保持する第二のチャンバ3と、薬剤を受け入れる薬剤チャンバ4とが設けられたハウジング1を備えている。半透過性膜5が、第一のチャンバ2と第二のチャンバ3との間に配置されている。送出手段9;14が、薬剤を薬剤チャンバ4から送出し得るように第二のチャンバ3に接続されている。浸透圧駆動装置を起動する起動装置9;15は、第一のチャンバ2と第二のチャンバ3との間に配置された不透過性の分離手段8を備えている。送出手段9;14は、ハウジング1の長手方向軸線Dに沿ってハウジング1に対し変位可能である。
Description
従って、注射可能な薬剤を投与する装置は、その内部に浸透圧装置が収納されたハウジングを備えている。該ハウジングは、細長い円筒状の形状であることが好ましく、このことは、投与装置の個別の構成要素が配置される、長手方向軸線を画成することを可能にする。また、構成要素が軸線に沿って配置されないものを含む、任意のその他の形状のハウジングを選ぶことも可能である。例えば、平坦なハウジングを使用することが可能であり、この場合、本発明により提供される投与装置は、長手方向側部に沿って配置される。例えば、注射可能な薬剤を投与するためのディスプレイ又は制御装置のような、その他の装置を投与装置が存在しないハウジングの内部に収納することができる。
図3には、本発明により提案された投与装置の第二の実施の形態を示す部分図が示されている。ハウジング1は、第一のチャンバ2と、第二のチャンバ3と、薬剤チャンバ4とを収納する。ストッパ14を有するアンプル13は、既に、薬剤チャンバ4内に挿入されている。この実施の形態における起動装置は、ハウジング1の長手方向軸線Dに沿ってハウジング1に対し摺動可能なスリーブキャップ15である。該スリーブキャップ15は、ハウジングから密封され且つ、ゴムリング16により該ハウジング上に保持されている。スリーブキャップ15は、投与装置が非起動状態にある、ハウジングに対する第一の位置にてスペーサ17により保持されている。

Claims (16)
- a)ハウジング(1)であって、
溶媒を保持する第一のチャンバ(2)と、
溶液を保持する第二のチャンバ(3)と、
薬剤を保持する薬剤チャンバ(4)とを収納する前記ハウジング(1)と、
b)第一のチャンバ(2)と第二のチャンバ(3)との間に配置された半透過性の膜(5)と、
c)薬剤を薬剤チャンバ(4)から送出する送出手段(9;14)とを備える、注射可能な薬剤を投与する浸透圧駆動装置を備える装置において、
d)不透過性の分離手段(8)を内蔵する浸透圧駆動装置を起動する起動装置(9;15)が、第一のチャンバ(2)と第二のチャンバ(3)との間に設けられ、
e)送出手段(9;14)が、ハウジング(1)の長手方向軸線(D)に沿ってハウジング(1)に対し摺動可能であることを特徴とする、注射可能な薬剤を投与する浸透圧駆動装置を備える装置。 - 請求項1に記載の投与装置において、起動装置が送出手段(9)であることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の投与装置において、浸透圧駆動装置を起動する送出手段(9;14)が、薬剤が送出される方向と反対の方向に向けてハウジング(1)に対して変位可能であることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から3の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、送出手段(9)が、不透過性の分離手段(8)を突き刺す手段として提供されることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から4の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、送出手段が、第二のチャンバ(3)内にて案内されるプランジャ(9)であることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から5の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、第一のチャンバ(2)が、第二のチャンバ(3)の周りに配置された環状チャンバであることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から6の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、送出手段(9)が、薬剤容器(13)を薬剤チャンバ(4)内に挿入することにより送出方向と反対の方向に変位されることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1に記載の投与装置において、起動装置(15)が、第一のチャンバ(2)を圧縮することを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から8の何れかに記載の投与装置において、起動装置(15)が、長手方向軸線Dに沿ってハウジング(1)及び分離手段(8)に対し摺動可能なスリーブ要素(15)であることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から9の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、第一のチャンバ(2)が多孔質材料にて充填されることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から10の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、浸透圧駆動装置により送出手段(9;14)に加えられる圧力を降下させ得るように減圧機構が提供されることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から11の何れかに記載の投与装置において、送出手段(9;14)と隣接し且つ減圧流体接続部を介して第二のチャンバ(3)に接続された第三のチャンバが、第二のチャンバ(3)と送出手段(9;14)との間に設けられることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項11又は12に記載の投与装置において、減圧流体接続部が、毛管システム又はら旋状の形状の流体通路であることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から13の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、分与制御装置が、投与装置により分与された薬剤を制御する手段として提供されることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から14の何れかに記載の投与装置において、送出手段(9;14)が、薬剤を圧力により分与制御装置の出口に付与し、送出手段が分与制御装置から切り離されることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 請求項1から15の何れか1つに記載の投与装置において、半透過性膜の透過度を調節する装置が提供される、投与装置。
