の成分を混合することにより調製された。
Claims (9)
- 金属ナノ粒子の懸濁液で基板を被覆し、前記被覆された基板を高温でアニールする拡散反射板の製造方法であって、金属ナノ粒子の前記懸濁液が少なくとも一つのメチル基および少なくとも一つのアルコキシ基を有する添加剤としてシラン誘導体を含む、拡散反射板の製造方法。
- アニーリングが350℃を超える温度で実行される、請求項1に記載の拡散反射板の製造方法。
- 金属ナノ粒子の懸濁液および添加剤で被覆され、アニールされた基板を備えた拡散反射板であって、前記添加剤が少なくとも一つのメチル基および少なくとも一つのアルコキシ基を有するシラン誘導体を含む、拡散反射板。
- 前記シラン誘導体がメチルトリアルコキシシランであり、アルコキシ分子が1〜4個の炭素原子を含む、請求項3に記載の拡散反射板。
- 前記シラン誘導体が、メチルトリメトキシシラン、メチルトリエトキシシラン、または、それらの混合物である、請求項4に記載の拡散反射板。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子の懸濁液が、20vol.%未満のシラン誘導体を含む、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の拡散反射板。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子が、金、銀、プラチナ、ラジウム、イリジウム、パラジウム、クロム、銅、および、アルミニウム、並びに、それらの混合物から選択される、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の拡散反射板。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子がコロイド銀ゾル粒子である、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の拡散反射板。
- 少なくとも一つの基板、電気光学層、請求項3から8のいずれか一項に記載の拡散反射板、および、少なくとも一つの電極を備えた表示装置。
