Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- ハウジングを有する支持ベースと、
コールドシンク及びホットシンクの間で前記ハウジングに設けられたペルチェ効果熱電装置と、
前記ハウジングに隣接して配置され、空気流入及び空気流出の開口を有する閉塞された食品容器と、
前記空気流入及び流出を行なわせるための、前記コールドシンクを収容したダクトシステムであり、前記コールドシンクと前記食品容器との間で前記開口を介して流れの連通を提供する空気入り口スペース及び空気出口スペースのうちの少なくとも一方が設けられ、ハウジング壁及び容器壁のうちの少なくとも一方の部分を有するダクトシステムと、
前記ダクトシステム内に設けられ、前記空気流入及び流出を生じさせるファンと、を備え、
前記容器の前記開口は、前記容器内に空気がとどまる時間を最長にするように方向付けられている、ことを特徴とするフルーツチラー。 - 前記ダクトシステムは、全長が、前記ハウジング及び前記容器の間の隣接する接続部の長さよりも短い流路を構成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記空気流出開口は、前記容器内での前記空気の流れが渦巻きパターンとなるように方向付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記空気流出開口は、前記容器内への前記空気の流れを、前記空気流入開口から離れる方向に向けるように方向付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記容器内に延びて前記ダクトシステムの一部を構成するセントラルタワーを有し、前記タワーは、このダクトシステムの残りの部分に接続された固定基端と、自由他端とを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記空気流入開口は、前記タワーの前記自由端に設けられ、
前記空気流出開口は、前記容器の下側壁に設けられ、かつ、空気を径方向で前記容器の外周に向けるように方向付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。 - 前記流出開口は、前記タワーの前記基端に直接、隣接して(directly adjacent)配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記空気流出開口は、前記タワーの前記自由端に設けられ、
前記流入開口は、前記容器の下側壁に設けられ、かつ、空気を径方向で前記容器の外周に向けるように方向付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。 - 前記流入開口は、前記タワーの前記基端に直接、隣接して配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記ベースを閉じる(enclosing)ほぼ円形の上側ベース壁と、
前記上側ベース壁に支持されるために用いられるほぼ円形の下側容器壁と、をさらに備え、
前記空気流入開口は、前記上側ベース壁及び下側容器壁の整列したパターン(aligned patterns)の開口を有し、この開口は、整列位置(aligned position)で空気の流れを最大にするものであり、
前記容器は、前記空気の流れを最大から減少させるために、前記上側ベース壁上で、この上側ベース壁と相対的に回転できる、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記ダクトシステムを周囲外気に接続する導管をさらに備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記導管は、周囲外気の流れを制御するためのバルブを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記ダクトシステムの下側壁を形成するハウジング上側バッフルプレートをさらに備え、
前記下側容器壁は、前記空気流入及び空気流出開口の少なくとも一方を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のフルーツチラー。 - 前記下側容器壁の前記一方の開口は、この下側容器壁の径方向外周近くに設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記開口の前記他方は、前記下側容器壁の中央に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項14記載の装置。
- 前記ファンは、前記バッフルプレートの中央に設けられたファンハウジングを有し、前記開口の前記他方は前記ファンハウジングに設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項14記載の装置。
- 前記下側容器壁は、前記空気流入開口及び前記空気流出開口を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記空気流出開口は、前記容器内で前記空気の流れが渦巻きパターンとなるように方向付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記空気流出開口は、前記容器内への前記空気の流れを、前記空気流入開口から離れる方向に向けるように方向付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記ダクトシステムを周囲外気に接続する導管をさらに備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記容器の前記内部からの排気ベントをさらに備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ベントは、前記容器又は前記カバーの調節可能なスロットを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項21記載の装置。
- 前記空気の流れの温度を調整するための、前記熱電装置の制御手段をさらに備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記熱電装置に供給する電流の極性を逆にする手段を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項23記載の装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記熱電装置に供給する電流及び電圧の大きさを制御する手段を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項23記載の装置。
