Claims (10)
- 二軸押出機(10)を用いる、ゴム(20)、炭化水素樹脂(22)および溶媒(26)を含有する組成物の連続製造方法。
- 始点領域の下流部である前記押出機(10)の1つのポイントで、前記溶媒(26)の少なくとも1つのフラクションを加える請求項1記載の方法。
- 溶媒(26)の第1の添加を、前記押出機(10)の始点領域から少なくとも4Dの距離で行う請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒(26)を前記押出機(10)の始点領域の下流部に配置された複数の異なる位置で加える請求項2または3記載の方法。
- 溶媒(26)の第1の添加を行う前記ポイントの上流部である前記押出機(10)の部分において、温度を60〜120℃に維持し、溶媒(26)の第1の添加を行う前記ポイントの下流部である前記押出機(10)の部分において、温度を40〜80℃に維持し、該上流部部分の温度が該下流部部分の温度より高い請求項3または4記載の方法。
- 始点領域の下流部である前記押出機(10)の1つのポイントで前記炭化水素樹脂(22)の少なくとも1つのフラクションを加える請求項1〜5記載の方法。
- 前記ゴム(20)が、天然ゴム、合成ゴムおよびそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される請求項1〜6記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂(22)が粘着付与性を有する請求項1〜7記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒(26)が、ヘキサン、ペンタン、ジクロロプロパンおよびそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される請求項1〜8記載の方法。
- 前記二軸押出機(10)が、同時回転型である請求項1〜9記載の方法。
