Claims (18)
- 放射線を吸収する粒子を分散配置したフィルム状の多層の層材料からなり、この層材料が少なくとも1つの支持層と放射線を吸収する層を有する、X線および/またはγ線を遮蔽するための放射線保護材料において、放射線を吸収する層が加工状態で流動可能である硬化可能なポリマー調合品を含み、有効な鉛割合が15%以下であることを特徴とする放射線保護材料。

- 放射線を吸収する層のポリマー調合品が液状ゴム成分と、特にPVCプラスチゾルと液状ゴム成分の混合物とを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の放射線保護材料。
- ポリマー材料が可塑剤および/または架橋剤および/または他の助剤を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の放射線保護材料。
- ポリマー調合品が20〜40重量%のPVCと、10〜35重量%の液状ゴムと、0〜10重量%の添加剤および助剤と、残部の可塑剤とを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の放射線保護材料。
- ポリマー調合品が25〜35重量%、特に30重量%のPVCと、15〜25重量%、特に20重量%の液状ゴムと、0〜7重量%の添加剤および助剤と、残部の可塑剤とを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の放射線保護材料。
- 有効な鉛割合が10重量%以下、特に5重量%以下、とりわけ0重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の放射線保護材料。
- IEC 1331-1/EN 61331 に従って、60〜125kVの管電圧範囲内の少なくとも1つの管電圧のときに、鉛比当量が30以上、特に32以上、とりわけ34以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の放射線保護材料。
- IEC 1331-1/EN 61331 に従って、60〜125kVの管電圧範囲内の、互いに少なくとも20kV離れている少なくとも2つの管電圧で、鉛比当量が30以上、特に32以上、とりわけ34以上であり、特に管電圧が互いに40kV、45kVおよび特に65kV離れていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の放射線保護材料。
- 支持層がPVCプラスチゾル材料および/またはポリウレタンおよび/またはポリエステルからなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の放射線保護材料。
- 放射線を吸収する層におけるポリマー調合品の割合が0重量%よりも多く20重量%以下であり、放射線を吸収する粒子の割合が80重量%以上で100重量%未満であり、特にポリマー調合品の割合が10〜20重量%で、放射線を吸収する粒子の割合が80〜90重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の放射線保護材料。
- 放射線を吸収する粒子が錫、ビスマス、バリウムおよび/またはタングステン、該金属酸化物および塩およびこれらの混合物を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の放射線保護材料。
- 多層の層材料が0.3 〜1.2mm 、特に0.3 〜0.5mm 、とりわけ0.35〜0.45mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の放射線保護材料。
- 少なくとも1つの支持層内に、放射線を吸収する粒子が含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の放射線保護材料。
- 放射線を吸収する層とは反対の、少なくとも1つの支持層の側が、洗うことが可能であり、および/または耐摩耗性であり、および/または繊維の特性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の放射線保護材料。
- 支持層が放射線を吸収する層に一体連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一つに記載の放射線保護材料。
- 特に請求項1〜16のいずれか一つに記載の放射線保護材料を製造するための方法において、支持層が基質上にドクターブレードで塗布し乾燥することによって準備、特に製造され、放射線を吸収する層が放射線を吸収する粒子を添加することによって、液状で鋳造可能なポリマー調合品から製造され、放射線を吸収する層の材料が支持層上に塗布され、注がれ、ドクターブレードで塗布されまたは被膜形成され、放射線を吸収する層の材料が熱的および/または化学的および/または物理的な架橋によって硬化されることを特徴とする方法。
- 放射線保護衣服、特に放射線保護エプロンまたは放射線保護前掛としての、請求項1〜16のいずれか一つに記載の放射線保護材料の使用。
