【解決手段】 1束の管(12)と、内部で束状構造の管が開放された少なくとも1つのヘッダ(18)と、ヘッダを覆うヘッダボックス(20)とを備え、ヘッダ(18)およびヘッダボックス(20)は、共通の結合面(P)のいずれかの側において概ね対称であり、それぞれ、前記結合面に沿って組み立てられた平坦な結合部(22)(24)を有する2つのシェル半体によって形成されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。

Claims (13)
- 1束の管と、内部で束状の管が開放された少なくとも1つのヘッダと、ヘッダを覆うヘッダボックスとを備え、ヘッダ(18)およびヘッダボックス(20)は、共通の結合面(P)のいずれかの側において概ね対称であり、それぞれ前記結合面に沿って形成された平坦な結合部(22)(24)を有する2つのシェル半体によって形成されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 2つのシェル半体(18)(20)は、金属、例えばアルミニウムで形成されており、その平坦な結合部(22)(24)は、それぞれ、ロウ付けによって組み立てられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 平坦な結合部(22)(24)は、それぞれ、シェル半体の外側に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1および2のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 外側に形成された平坦な結合部(22)(24)は、少なくとも1つの爪によって定位置に保持されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- 平坦な結合部(22)(24)は、それぞれ、シェル半体の内側に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- 内側に形成された平坦な結合部(22)(24)のうちの一方が、束(12)の管(14)のストッパを形成していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱交換器。
- 平坦な結合部(22)(24)が、2つのシェル半体を定位置に保持できるようになっている形状によって、互いに嵌合するようにした相補形状の凹部(40)(42)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- ヘッダ(18)を形成するシェル半体は、さらに束(12)の管(14)を収容するための孔(26)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 2つのシェル半体(18)(20)に、結合面(P)に対して概ね対称であるパイプ半体(34)(36)が形成されており、2つのシェル半体を結合すると、スペーサとも呼ばれる完全なパイプ(38)が形成されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 2つのシェル半体(18)(20)は、それぞれ金属シートを成形することによって製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 2つのシェル半体(18)(20)の成形中に、2つのパイプ半体(34)(36)も成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項9および10の組み合わせによる熱交換器。
- 平坦な結合部(22)(24)のうち少なくとも一方を、例えば熱交換器を位置決めまたは固定するためのトング(28)(30)によって、外方に延出させてあることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 束の管(14)の間に配置された波形のインサート(16)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
