Claims (10)
- 反応器へ熱を導入するための装置を有し、液相の体積と比較した脱気面積および加熱面の配置を特徴とする反応器の形状が、気体含有率50体積%以上を有する二相の混合物中での分解を可能にする、液相中で一官能価および/または多官能価のカルバミド酸エステルを相応するイソシアネート成分とヒドロキシル成分とに熱分解するための反応器において、該装置は熱交換媒体が貫流する熱交換プレート(1)であることを特徴とする、一官能価および/または多官能価のカルバミド酸エステルを相応するイソシアネート成分とヒドロキシル成分とに熱分解するための反応器。
- 熱交換プレート(1)を部分的に、または完全に液相中に浸漬させることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の反応器。
- 熱交換媒体が高沸点の液体、特にMarlothermoel (R)またはMarlothermoel (R)の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の反応器。
- 熱交換プレート(1)の全熱交換面積と、反応器中の液相の全体積との比が10〜320qm/m3の範囲、有利には20〜150qm/m3の範囲、特に有利には50〜80qm/m3の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の反応器。
- 反応器が水平な円筒体として、および熱交換プレート(1)が反応器の下半分に、相互に平行に、および反応器の長軸に対して垂直に配置された円形部分として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の反応器。
- 円形部分が反応器横断面の半分よりも小さく、特に反応器の横断面の20〜30%の割合を有することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の反応器。
- 熱交換プレート(1)が、弓形の管片(4)により、反応器の長さ方向において、熱交換プレートの上部に配置された供給管および分配管(2、3)にほぼ振動のないホルダーを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の反応器。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の反応器中でカルバミド酸エステルを熱分解する方法において、溶剤を添加しないで方法を実施することを特徴とする、反応器中でカルバミド酸エステルを熱分解する方法。
- 反応器中、2〜200ミリバールの圧力で、有利には5〜100ミリバールの圧力で方法を実施することを特徴とする、請求項8記載の方法。
- 反応帯域の上端部において排出される気体の速度が1m/s〜30m/s、有利には2m/s〜20m/sであることを特徴とする、請求項8または9記載の方法。
