Abstract
Description
a)95〜97重量%のマルチトール、
b)最大1.5重量%のDP1 、
c)0〜1.5重量%のDP3 、
d)0.7〜1.5重量%のDP4+
よりなるマルチトールシロップから得ることができる、上記食品に関する。
a)マルチトールシロップを含むコーティング用シロップをコーティング装置の移動床に ある食品コア物質に適用し;
b)コーティングされたコア物質を得るために粉末の状態でマルチトールを適用し;
c)コーティングされたコア物質を15〜45℃の温度範囲および最高50%の相対湿度 において乾燥空気を用いて乾燥する
を含む、糖不含硬質コーティングでコーティングされた食品を製造する方法において、段階a)のマルチトールシロップが68〜72%の固形分含有量を有しそして該マルチトールシロップが0.7〜1.5重量%のDP4+を含有することを特徴とする、上記方法に関する。
i)95〜97重量%のマルチトール、
ii) 最高1.5重量%のDP1 、
iii)0〜1.5重量%のDP3 、
iv) 0.7〜1.5重量%のDP4+
よりなる、上記方法にも関する。

本発明は、硬質コーティングが少なくとも95%のマルチトールを含むコーティング用シロップを用いて得ることができた、該硬質コーティングおよび食料品−、チュアブル−および/または薬剤コア物質よりなる糖不含硬質コーティングでコーティングされた食品において、該シロップの固形分含有量が68〜72%でありそして該シロップが固形分含有量で0.7〜1.5重量%のDP4+を含むことを特徴とする、上記食品に関する。

− 硬質コーティング法が、液状マルチトールシロップが高い固形分含有量でもよいので 過剰の水を蒸発する必要がなく、結果として方法を経済的にする。
−加工の間、および包装の様な後での取扱の間にコーティングが無傷のままである。

- 硬質コーティングが少なくとも95%のマルチトールを含むコーティング用シロップを用いて得ることができた、該硬質コーティングおよび食料品−、チュアブル−および/または薬剤コア物質よりなる糖不含コーティング剤でコーティングされた食品において、
a)該シロップの固形分含有量が68〜72%でありそして
b)該シロップの固形分含有量を基準として0.7〜1.5重量%のDP4+を含む
ことを特徴とする、上記糖不含硬質コーティングでコーティングされた食品。 - マルチトールシロップが
a)95〜97重量%のマルチトール、
b)最大1.5重量%のDP1 、
c)0〜1.5重量%のDP3 、
d)0.7〜1.5重量%のDP4+
よりなる、請求項1に記載の糖不含硬質コーティングでコーティングされた食品。 - コア物質が薬剤タブレット、チューインガム、製菓、チョコレートおよびナッツよりなる群から選択されている、請求項1または2に記載の糖不含硬質コーティングでコーティングされた食品。
- コア物質がチューインガムでありそして硬質コーティングが非粘着性でありそして硬質コーティングの表面が調和のとれた状態で形成されておりそして加工の間に傷ついてないままである、請求項3に記載の糖不含硬質コーティングでコーティングされた食品。
