Claims (14)
- 螺旋状コイルを血管から引き抜くための装置であって、案内ワイヤ(3)が設けられていて、この案内ワイヤ(3)がその遠位端部領域で、係留部分(2)が形成されるようにループ構造(13)を形成して自身の方向へ曲げ戻されており、案内ワイヤ(3)の自由端部(7)が、案内ワイヤ(3)の近位端部の方を向いていて、引き抜くべき螺旋状コイル(8)に引掛け固定可能となっている装置。
- 少なくともループ構造(13)の遠位端部が、案内ワイヤ本体の軸線に対して曲げられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 案内ワイヤ(3)が親水性の被覆層を有している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 係留部分(2)がフックとして形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 案内ワイヤ(3)の自由端部(7)が、コルク抜き状の構造を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 案内ワイヤ(3)が、その自由端部(7)で、0.1mmから0.5mmの範囲の直径を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 自由端部(7)が、スリーブ(4)によって案内ワイヤ(3)に固定されて、ループ(13)が形成される、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- スリーブ(4)が、放射線不透過性であるように形成されている、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 自由端部(7)が、少なくとも部分的に放射線不透過性であるように形成されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 案内ワイヤ(3)の自由端部(7)が、放射線不透過性の被覆層を有している、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 放射線不透過性の被覆層に、金属粉末が混ぜ込まれている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 案内ワイヤ(3)の自由端部(7)が、案内ワイヤ(3)の回転時に案内ワイヤ(3)の周りに巻き付くような高い可撓性を有するように形成されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の装置と、カテーテル、特にマイクロカテーテルとからなる組み合わせ体。
- 案内ワイヤ(3)が、回動不能にスリーブ状ハンドル(17)と結合していて、かつカテーテルの近位端部内または端部上に固定されているブシュ(18)に取り付けられている操作器具(6)により特徴付けられている、請求項14に記載の組み合わせ体。
