Abstract
Description
ピリジン吸着実験が、KBr窓を備えた拡散反射高温チャンバー(Spectra-Tech)においてなされた。該チャンバーは、ガスが該チャンバーを通って流れることができ、かつ該チャンバーが排気されることができるようにガス系と接続された。
分散度は、下記のように25℃及び1バールの圧力で触媒の還元された形態における試料において吸着されたCO量を測定することにより決定され得る。触媒の試料の既知量が、反応器内に入れられ、そして200℃で水素により還元された。25℃に水素中で冷却した後、反応器は少なくとも30分間ヘリウムでフラッシュされた。次いで、ヘリウム流は、既知量のCOの6回のパルスで交換され、そして濃度が、熱伝導検出器で反応器の出口において測定される。触媒及びCOの量は、触媒が第1のパルス後に飽和されるように選ばれ、第2から第6のパルスはこれを証明するために使用される。
Claims (15)
- 硫黄及び/又は窒素汚染物質を含む炭化水素供給原料の水素化プロセッシング法において、第一の酸性の担体上の少なくとも一つの第一の第VIII族金属触媒の存在下に炭化水素供給原料を水素とまず接触させ、そしてその後、より弱い酸性の担体上の少なくとも一つの第二の第VIII族金属触媒の存在下に該供給原料を水素と接触させることを含むところの方法。
- 該水素化プロセッシングが、溶剤、中質留分又は他の石油供給原料の水素化転化、水素化分解、水素化処理、水素添加、水素化仕上げ及び水素化異性化を含むところの請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの第一の第VIII族金属触媒の担体が、ゼオライト及びゼオライト含有担体の群から選ばれるところの請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの第二の第VIII族金属触媒の担体が、シリカ-アルミナ及び他の非ゼオライト担体の群から選ばれるところの請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 該強く酸性の担体が、少なくとも5μmol/gの本明細書において定義された酸性度を有するところの請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 該より弱い酸性の担体が、最大10μmol/gの本明細書において定義された酸性度を有し、但し、該酸性度は、少なくとも一つの第一の触媒の担体の酸性度より低いところの請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 第一及び第二の触媒の両方の第VIII族金属が互いに独立して、Pt、Pd、Ir、Rh、Ru及びこれらの元素の二つ以上の組み合わせの群から選ばれるところの請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 第一及び第二の触媒中の、金属及び担体の合計量に基づいて計算された第VIII族金属の量が互いに独立して、0.001〜2.5重量%であるところの請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの第一の触媒の体積が、第一及び第二の触媒の合計体積の10〜50%であるところの請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 第一の触媒の入口における温度が100〜400℃であるところの請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 水素圧力が0.5〜300バールであるところの請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 第二の触媒床への供給原料中の有機硫黄濃度が500ppmより小さく、好ましくは50ppmより小さいところの請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 第二の触媒への供給原料中の有機窒素濃度が100ppmより小さく、好ましくは20ppmより小さいところの請求項12記載の方法。
- 該第一及び第二の触媒床が、一つの反応器又は異なる反応器中に存在するところの請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 該少なくとも一つの第一の触媒の最後からの流出物が、それを、より弱い酸性の担体上の該第二の触媒と接触させるに先立って、ストリッパーに通過されるところの請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
