Claims (6)
- 無線周波数入力信号を増幅するための増幅器手段と、
雑音レベルを決定する電流を調整するための前記増幅器手段に印加される利得及びバイアス電圧を調整するための制御可能フィードバックループであって、前記フィードバックループ及び前記バイアス電圧は、少なくとも2つの異なったモードを提供するように構成されており、第1のモードは弱い信号を処理するために高い利得及び低い雑音を提供し、第2のモードは強い信号を処理するために低利得パワー分割を提供する、制御可能フィードバックループと、
を有する増幅器デバイス。 - 請求項1に記載の増幅器デバイスにおいて、該増幅器デバイスはモード選択手段を有し、前記フィードバックループは、前記増幅器手段の出力と入力との間に接続され、前記フィードバックループは、互いに並列に接続された少なくとも第1のレジスタ及び第2のレジスタを有し、前記第2のレジスタは、前記モード選択手段によって制御されるスイッチと直列に接続され、前記モード選択手段は、前記増幅器手段に印加される前記バイアス電圧も制御する、増幅器デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の増幅器デバイスにおいて、前記モード選択手段は、高利得及び高電流を提供する第3のモードを提供するように前記フィードバックループ及び前記バイアス電圧を制御するように構成される、増幅器デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の増幅器デバイスと前記少なくとも2つの異なったモードを選択するための手段とを有する製品。
- 無線周波数信号を増幅する方法において、少なくとも2つのモードを有する増幅器手段によって少なくとも第1のモード及び第2のモードで前記信号を増幅するステップを有し、前記第1のモードは弱い信号のために高い利得及び低い雑音を提供し、前記第2のモードは強い信号を処理するために低利得パワー分割を提供する、方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法において、更に、中程度の信号のために高利得及び高電流を提供する第3のモードで前記信号を増幅するステップを有する方法。
