Description
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの相互に結合した層からなる床材であって、ゴムからなる淡色の上層(1)の下に配置されている導電性ゴムからなる下層(2)を含み、前記上層(1)が、その面全体にわたって模様をなすように分布している部分領域に小孔を開けられ、この小孔にのみ導電性ゴムが配置されているものにおいて、
前記上層(1)が、淡色であるとともに電気絶縁性のゴムから形成されている第1の粒状物(1.2)と、少なくとも予備加硫されている導電性ゴムから形成されているとともに当該第1の粒状物(1.2)に埋め込まれている第2の粒状物(1.3)からなる積層体(1.1)より形成され、
前記第2の粒状物(1.3)の篩分析によって測定される直径がDであり、この直径Dが、最小で前記上層の厚みD1と同じ大きさであり、かつ最大で前記上層と前記下層の厚みの合計D2と同じ大きさであり、
前記第1の粒状物(1.2)及び第2の粒状物(1.3)が、重ねられて、前記下層(2)とともに隙間のないように圧縮され、かつ加硫によって接合され、
最大で前記床材の全面の50%が前記第2の粒状物(1.3)の面によって占められているという条件の下で、前記床材の面積31.7cm2あたり前記第2の粒状物(1.3)が少なくとも1個存在する床材。 - 前記第1の粒状物(1.2)の直径が、前記第2の粒状物の直径より明らかに小さい請求項1記載の床材。
- 前記第1の粒状物(1.2)の直径が、前記第2の粒状物(1.3)の直径の0.05〜0.6倍の大きさである請求項2記載の床材。
- 前記第2の粒状物(1.3)の材料と前記下層(2)の材料が同一である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の床材。
- 前記第2の粒状物(1.3)の色が、前記第1の粒状物(1.2)の色に対して対照的である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の床材。
- 前記第1の粒状物(1.2)が、互いに異なった色で着色されている粒状物を含む請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の床材。
- 有効面積が、わずかに波形になっているか又は打ち抜かれている請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の床材。
- 前記第1の粒状物(1.2)が前記第2の粒状物(1.3)より小さい請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の床材。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の床材の製造方法であって、連続して形成されている導電性ゴムからなる下層(2)の上に、表面全体にわたって模様をなすように分布する小孔を有する上層(1)を適用し、この小孔に導電性ゴムを充填し、前記上層(1)及び下層(2)と当該小孔に入れられているゴムを平行して同時に加硫工程により接合するものにおいて、
前記下層(1)の上に積層体の形状の前記上層(2)を適用するステップと、当該積層体が、淡色であるとともに電気絶縁性の未加硫のゴムから形成されている第1の粒状物(1.2)と、少なくとも予備加硫されている導電性ゴムから形成されているとともに当該積層体に埋め込まれている第2の粒状物(1.3)からなり、この第2の粒状物(1.3)の篩分析によって測定される直径がDであり、この直径Dが、最小で前記上層(1)の厚みD1と同じ大きさであり、かつ好ましくは完成した床材の上層(1)及び下層(2)の厚みの合計D2より大きくなく、さらに最大で前記床材の全面の50%が前記第2の粒状物(1.3)の面によって占められているという条件の下で、前記完成した床材の面積31.7cm2あたり前記第2の粒状物(1.3)が少なくとも1個存在する程度に前記第2の粒状物(1.3)の量が調節され、
前記第1の粒状物(1.2)及び第2の粒状物(1.3)を重ね、前記下層(2)とともに隙間のないように圧縮し、加硫によって接合するステップと、
からなる製造方法。 - 未加硫のゴム又は予備加硫されているゴムからなる下層(2)の上に前記積層体を適用し、この下層(2)に含有されているゴムの加硫を、前記上層(1)に含有されているゴムの加硫と同時に行う請求項9記載の製造方法。
