Abstract
Description
関連した処理は、主に、接種処理である。
「鋳型中での」処理は、鋳鉄処理生成物を液体鋳鉄鋳造システムに入れることから構成される。
‐溶融接種物を成形することによって得られる「成形」ペレット
‐一般に非常に少ない結合剤を伴うか、又は結合剤を伴ない、圧縮粉末から得られる塊状化ペレット。
同じ投与の接種物については、液体鋳鉄で発生される黒鉛核の数は、接種物マスユニットに添加される接種物粒子の数と共に増大するということである。
1mmまで通過:100%
50mと250mの間の区分:30%から60%まで、そして好ましくは40%から50%まで。
50mより下の区分:25%未満、そして好ましくは、20%未満。
Si=72.1%、Al=2.57%、Ca=0.52%
を示した。
Si=72.4%、Al=2.83%、Ca=0.42%
を示した。
C=3.7%、Si=2.5%、Mn=0.09%、P=0.03%、S=0.003%、Mg=0.042%を示した。
2mmまで通過する:100%
0.4mmまで通過する、42%;0.2mmまで通過する、20%;
50mまで通過する:10%、すなわち、Fosecoの欧州特許第0234825号で推奨されたものに非常に近い粒子サイズ分布。
バッチBから得られる25kgバッチの成形ペレットを、0/1mmに破砕した。
区分0.63/1mm、0.40/0.63mm、0.25/0.40mm、0.050/0.25mm、そして0/0.050mmを篩いにかけて分離した。
得られたのは、3.5kgの0.63/1mm、3.9kgの0.40/0.63mm、4.2kgの0.25/0.40mm、7.1kgの0.050/0.25mm、そして6.1kgの0/0.050mmであった。
2kgの0.63/1mm、2kgの0.40/0.63mm、2kgの0.25/0.40mm、7kgの0.050/0.25mm、および2kgの0/0.050mmである。
1600kgの鋳鉄の投入量を、誘導炉で溶融させた。液体金属からサンプルを取り出し、分析した。
分析は、
C=3.15%、Si=1.82%、Mn=0.71%、P=0.15%、S=0.08%
を示した。
共晶温度は、1136℃であった。
使用された成形ペレットは、バッチCから由来した。
部品の断面での金属顕微鏡によって観察された黒鉛小瘤の数は、310/mm2であった。
Claims (5)
- 粉末化接種物の塊状化によって得られる鋳鉄の後期接種用のペレットであって、ペレットが構成される粒度分析の区分50−250ミクロンの粉末化接種物の質量比が、35%と60%の間で含まれ、そして50ミクロンより下の粒度分析の区分の質量比が25%より低いことを特徴とする、鋳鉄の後期接種用のペレット。
- 粉末化接種物が、1mmより低い粒子サイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鋳鉄の後期接種用のペレット。
- ペレットが構成される粒度分析の区分50−250ミクロンの粉末化接種物の質量比が、40%と50%の間で含まれ、そして50ミクロンより下の粒度分析の区分の質量比が、20%より低いことを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか一つに記載の鋳鉄の後期接種用のペレット。
- ペレットの調製のために使用される粉末化接種物が、二種又はそれ以上の接種物粉末合金の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の鋳鉄の後期接種用のペレット。
- ペレットの調製のために使用される粉末化接種物が、二種又はそれ以上の異種の接種物を構成する生成物の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の鋳鉄の後期接種用のペレット。
