Abstract
【解決手段】人工心臓弁22と、偏向装置20とを有する人工心臓弁システムである。偏向装置20は、線50と、緊張構成要素60を含むコネクタ組立体52とを有している。線50は、心臓弁22と関係したステントポスト26の自由端38を相互に接続し且つ該自由端38を貫通して進み、緊張構成要素60に更に接続されている。緊張構成要素60は、線50が緊張されてステントポスト26を内方に偏向させる緊張状態に転移可能である。この点に関して、緊張構成要素60は、緊張状態にあるとき、線50に対し自己係止式であり、緊張装置60の末端方向に伸びる線50の全体がステントポスト26と対向する心臓弁22のステント部分24を越えて伸びることはない。1つの好ましい実施の形態において、偏向装置20と別個に心臓弁22に結合されたホルダ本体が更に含められる。
Description
係止要素62は、アセタールのような、硬い生体適合性材料にて一体に形成されることが好ましい。これと代替的に、ナイロン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスルフォン、チタン、ステンレス鋼等のようなその他の材料も等しく受容可能である。しかし、係止要素62は、上述したように、ハウジング60(図1)の中央通路74(図2A)に従った寸法とされている。このため、1つの好ましい実施の形態において、係止要素62は、0.05から0.07インチ(1.3から1.8mm)の範囲、より好ましくは、0.061インチ(1.55mm)の外径又は外寸法を有している。更に、係止要素62は、0.08から0.14インチ(2.0から3.6mm)の範囲、より好ましくは、0.11インチ(2.8mm)の全長を有することが好ましい。勿論、中央通路74の寸法に相応するその他の寸法も等しく受容可能である。
Claims (32)
- 人工心臓弁システム(prosthetic heart valve system)において、
ステント(stent)と、該ステントから伸びて、各々が自由端を画成する複数のステントポストとを有する人工心臓弁と、
ステントポストを内方に偏向させる偏向装置とを備え、該偏向装置が、
ステントポストの自由端を相互に接続し且つ該自由端を貫通して進む線と、
緊張構成要素を含むコネクタ組立体であって、該緊張構成要素は該線に接続され、且つ該緊張構成要素がステントポストを内方に偏向させるように該線を転移させる緊張状態に転移可能である、前記コネクタ組立体であって、緊張構成要素が緊張状態において該線に対して自己係止型となるようにされた前記コネクタ組立体とを備え、
緊張状態において、緊張装置の末端方向に伸びる前記線の全体が自由端と対向する前記ステントを越えて伸びないようにした、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項1の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
人工心臓弁に結合されたホルダ本体を有するホルダを更に備える、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項2の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
ホルダが、人工心臓弁に結合されたホルダ本体を有し、
該ホルダ本体が、緊張構成要素を選択的に保持し得る形態とされる、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項3の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
緊張構成要素が、前記線に摺動可能に接続された管状体を有し、
ホルダ本体が、管状体を選択的に保持し得る寸法とされた開口を画成する、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項4の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
開口が、管状体をスナップ嵌めを介して受け入れ得る寸法とされる、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項2の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
ホルダ本体及び緊張装置が人工心臓弁に別個に結合される、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項6の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
ホルダ本体が中央通路を形成し、
最終的に組み付けたとき、緊張構成要素が中央通路を介してアクセス可能である、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項7の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
緊張構成要素がポストを有する回転可能なスプールを備え、
最終的に組み付けたとき、ポストが中央通路と整合される、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項8の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
ポストがハンドル装置と係合可能である、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項8の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
コネクタ組立体が、前記線をスプールの周りに巻き取るためにのみスプールの回転部に沿ったラチェットを更に有する、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項10の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
ラチェットが中央通路を介してアクセス可能である、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項1の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
コネクタ組立体が、線がコネクタ組立体の末端側にループを画成し、ループがステントポストと相互に接続するように線に組み付けられる、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項12の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
係止状態におけるループの長さが、ステントポストが所定の程度、内方へ偏向するように選ばれる、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項1の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
コネクタ組立体が、
基端と、末端と、中央通路とを画成し、前記線が該中央通路内に摺動可能に受け入れられるハウジングと、
ステントポストを相互に接続し得るようにされた前記線にループを画成し得るように一定の位置にて該線に固着された係止要素とを備え、
前記ハウジング及び係止要素の形態は、該係止要素が末端にて中央通路内に摺動可能に受け入れられ且つ、その基端に隣接してハウジングを係止することにより、所定の係止状態を画成するようにされる、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項14の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
ハウジングの末端が、前記係止状態において、係止要素の末端方向に伸びており、前記係止状態において、コネクタ組立体の末端側のループの長さがハウジングの末端により画成される、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項1の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
コネクタ組立体が、前記線から伸びる材料片を更に有し、
該材料片が、各々が緊張装置を該線に対して係止し得るようにされた複数の係止面を提供する、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項1の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
人工心臓弁が人工僧帽弁(prosthetic mitral valve)である、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項1の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
人工心臓弁が人工大動脈弁(prosthetic aortic valve)である、人工心臓弁システム。 - 人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
ステントと、該ステントから伸びて、各々が自由端を画成する複数のステントポストとを有する人工心臓弁と、
人工心臓弁に結合されたホルダ本体を有するホルダと、
ホルダ本体から分離して人工心臓弁に結合された緊張構成要素を有する偏向装置と、を備える、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項19の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
ホルダ本体を人工心臓弁に結合する第一の線と、
緊張構成要素を人工心臓弁に結合する第二の線とを更に備える、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項20の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
第一の線を切断することが緊張構成要素を人工心臓弁から切り離すようにされた、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項19の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
ホルダ本体を人工心臓弁から切り離したとき、緊張構成要素が人工心臓弁に結合されたままであるようにされた、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項19の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
緊張構成要素がホルダ本体により選択的に維持される、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項23の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
緊張装置がハウジングを有し、
ホルダ本体が、ハウジングを選択的に維持し得る寸法とされた開口を形成する、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項19の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
ホルダ本体及び緊張装置が人工心臓弁に別個に結合される、人工心臓弁システム。 - 請求項25の人工心臓弁システムにおいて、
ホルダ本体が中央通路を形成し、
