Claims (32)
- ユーザ装置へ及び又はユーザ装置からの通信がユーザープレーン上で運ばれ、そしてこの通信をサポートするメッセージがコントロールプレーンで運ばれ、そしてユーザ装置の位置についての情報提供をサポートする情報がユーザープレーン上でユーザー装置へ及び又はユーザ装置から運ばれるようにした遠隔通信システムのための方法。
- ユーザー装置の位置についての情報提供に利用するためユーザ装置から情報を要求するロケーションサービスエンティティにより発生されるメッセージを前記のサポートする情報が含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記のサポートする情報が、ユーザ装置の位置についての情報提供に利用するためユーザ装置が発生した情報を含む請求項1もしくは2に記載の方法。
- 前記のサポートする情報がユーザ装置による位置測定の結果であり、この結果がユーザ装置の位置の計算に利用するためユーザープレーン上でユーザ装置から送られる請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記のサポートする情報が、ユーザ装置の位置についての情報を決定するときユーザ装置が使用する補助データを含む前請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ユーザ装置がそれの位置を計算し、もしくは補助データに基づく少なくとも一つの測定を行う請求項5に記載の方法。
- 通信システムのロケーションサービスエンティティが位置情報提供ユニットから受けた情報に補助データが基づいている請求項5もしくは6に記載の方法。
- 前記のサポートする情報をユーザープレーン上で転送するのにパケットスイッチングを採用した前請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- インターネットプロトコール(IP)セッションにより前記のサポートする情報の送信が行われる請求項8に記載の方法。
- インターネットプロトコール(IP)セッションの通信制御プロトコール(TCP)接続が使用される請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記のサポートする情報の少なくとも一部がパケットデータプロトコール(PDP)セッションを介してユーザ装置へ及び又はユーザ装置から運ばれる前請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記のサポートする情報の少なくとも一部がショートメッセージサービズ(SMS)によりユーザ装置へ及び又はユーザ装置から運ばれる前請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記のサポートする情報の少なくとも一部がAbis/lubインターフエースによりユーザ装置へ及び又はユーザ装置から運ばれる前請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記のサポートする情報の少なくとも一部がデータコールによりユーザ装置へ及び又はユーザ装置から運ばれる前請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ユーザ装置のアイデンティティの指示に基づいてユーザ装置のアドレスを決定し、そしてこのアドレスに基づいてユーザ装置へ前記のサポートする情報の経路を指定する前請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- アドレスがユーザ装置のインターネットプロトコール(IP)アドレスを含んでいる請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記のサポートする情報が外の目的で確立されたユーザプレーンの通信チャンネルに含まれている前請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記のサポートする情報の送信のためユーザプレーン通信チャンネルを確立する請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ユーザ装置のおおよその位置評定を決定し、ユーザプレーンを介してユーザ装置へ前記のおおよその位置評定を送信する段階を備えている前請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ユーザ装置へ及び又はユーザ装置からの通信がユーザープレーン上で行われ、そしてこの通信をサポートするメッセージがコントロールプレーンで運ばれるようになっており、ユーザ装置の位置についての情報の提供のためのエンティティを備え、ユーザ装置の位置について前記の情報の提供をサポートする情報がユーザ装置へ及び又はユーザ装置からユーザープレーン上で運ばれるように構成された遠隔通信システム。
- ユーザ装置の位置についての情報を発生するとき前記のエンティティにより使用するためユーザ装置が発生した情報を前記のサポートする情報が含んでいる請求項20に記載の遠隔通信システム。
- 位置測定の結果に基づいて前記のサポートする情報をユーザ装置が発生する請求項21に記載の遠隔通信システム。
- 前記のサポートする情報が、ユーザ装置の位置についての情報を決定するときユーザ装置が使用する補助データを含んでいる請求項20ないし22のいずれかに記載の遠隔通信システム。
- 遠隔通信システムと関連の位置情報提供ユニットから前記の位置情報提供エンティティが受け取った情報に補助データが基づいている請求項23に記載の遠隔通信システム。
- 前記のサポートする情報のユーザプレーン通信がパケットスイッチングに基づいている請求項20ないし24のいずれかに記載の遠隔通信システム。
- 前記のサポートする情報の通信がインターネットプロトコール(IP)セッションによりなされる請求項25に記載の遠隔通信システム。
- 前記のサポートする情報の少なくとも一部分がパケットデータプロトコール(PDP)セッションによりユーザ装置へ及び又はユーザ装置から運ばれる請求項20ないし26のいずれかに記載の遠隔通信システム。
- 前記のサポートする情報の少なくとも一部分がショートメッセージサービズ(SMS)によりユーザ装置へ及び又はユーザ装置から運ばれる請求項20ないし27のいずれかに記載の遠隔通信システム。
- 前記のサポートする情報の少なくとも一部分がAbis/lubによりユーザ装置へ及び又はユーザ装置から運ばれる請求項20ないし28のいずれかに記載の遠隔通信システム。
- 前記のサポートする情報の少なくとも一部分がデータコールによりユーザ装置へ及び又はユーザ装置から運ばれる請求項20ないし29のいずれかに記載の遠隔通信システム。
- ユーザ装置のアイデンティティの指示に基づいてユーザ装置のアドレスを決定する手段を備え、前記の情報提供をサポートする情報の経路が前記のアドレスに基づいてユーザ装置へつけられている請求項20ないし30のいずれかに記載の遠隔通信システム。
- グローバル位置決めシステム(GPS);ディファレンシャルGPS;観察された到達時間差(OTDOA);強調して観察された到達時間差(E−OTD);セルアイデンティティ(CI);サービスエリアアイデンティティ(SAI);タイミングアドヴァンス(TA)そして往復時間(RTT)の位置情報提供メカニズムの内の少なくとも一つからの情報に基づいてユーザ装置の位置が決められる請求項20ないし31のいずれかに記載の遠隔通信システム。
