Abstract

Claims (5)
- 第1端部と第2端部とを有する管と、
管内に移動自在に配置され第1端部と第2端部との間を移動するように構成されたピストンアセンブリと、
ピストンアセンブリに連結され軸方向ボアを有するバルブプランジャと、
管の第1端部を閉塞するように管の第1端部に連結され流体通路を有するキャップアセンブリとを備える油圧シリンダであって、バルブプランジャはピストンアセンブリが管の第1端部に接近するにつれて流体通路を通る流体の流れを累進的に制限するように構成されている、油圧シリンダ。 - キャップアセンブリが、
管と軸方向に位置合わせされたキャップボアと、
キャップボア内に配置された位置センサとをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の油圧シリンダ。 - 管内のピストンアセンブリを第1位置と第2位置との間で移動させるステップと、
ピストンアセンブリが第1位置に接近するにつれて、管に連結されたキャップアセンブリ内の流体通路を通る流体の流れをバルブプランジャにより累進的に制限するステップとを含む油圧シリンダの動作方法であって、バルブプランジャはピストンアセンブリに連結されるとともに軸方向ボアを備えている、油圧シリンダの動作方法。 - キャップアセンブリに対するピストンアセンブリの位置を計測するステップをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- フレームと、
作業器具と、
フレームに対して作業器具を移動させるように構成された、請求項1および2のいずれか一項に記載の油圧シリンダとを備える作業機械。
