Abstract
固体湿潤剤をほとんど含有せずとも、従来の技術による潤滑塗料に比して摩擦が低減され、かつ溶剤ベースの潤滑塗料に比して経済的および環境保全上の利点を有するポリイミドベースの潤滑塗料を提供する。また、この潤滑塗料の使用方法、およびこの潤滑塗料で被覆されている対象物を提供する。
【解決手段】
潤滑塗料が、少なくとも1種のポリイミドプレポリマー樹脂を水性分散体の形で含有するポリイミドをベースとしている。

Description
下記の重量部で構成されている各固体もしくは液体を水中に撹拌混入し、強く撹拌しながら分散させることによって分散体を調製した。例えばこの潤滑塗料分散体は、水58.55重量部、顔料の湿潤および表面の湿潤のための湿潤剤1.50重量部、増粘剤2.5重量部、防腐剤0.10重量部、融点90〜110℃および平均分子量3000〜5000g/molを有するビスマレイミド樹脂24.5重量部、二硫化モリブデン7.85重量部、グラファイト2重量部、アクリル樹脂2重量部および消泡剤1重量部を含有していた。本発明による潤滑塗料の特性を、溶剤含有の市販の比較製品と比較して次表に示す。この場合、該潤滑塗料を試験片に塗布し、分散剤もしくは溶剤を蒸発させて潤滑塗料塗膜を生じさせ、その潤滑塗料を150℃を超える熱処理によって硬化させた。本発明による潤滑塗料は、顕著に低減された滑り摩擦、塩水噴霧試験における互角の耐性およびバインダーの高められた耐熱性を示した。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1種のポリイミドプレポリマー樹脂を水性分散体の形で含有するポリイミドベースの潤滑塗料。
- 前記ポリイミドプレポリマー樹脂として、70〜130℃の範囲の融点および1000〜7000g/molの範囲の平均分子量を有するビスマレイミド樹脂を含有する、請求項1に記載の潤滑塗料。
- 前記ポリイミドプレポリマー樹脂として、90〜110℃の範囲の融点および3000〜5000g/molの範囲の平均分子量を有するビスマレイミド樹脂を含有する、請求項1または2に記載の潤滑塗料。
- 少なくとも1種の固体潤滑剤、例えば二硫化モリブデン、グラファイト、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを、前記ポリイミドプレポリマー樹脂1重量部につき4重量部まで含有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑塗料。
- 前記ポリイミドプレポリマー樹脂と前記固体潤滑剤との重量の比が9:1〜1:4の範囲である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑塗料。
- 前記ポリイミドプレポリマー樹脂と前記固体潤滑剤との重量の比が5:1〜1:1の範囲である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑塗料。
- さらなる助剤、例えば湿潤剤、増粘剤、防腐剤、接着促進剤、消泡剤を含有する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑塗料。
- 前記分散体の水分量が40〜80重量部である、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑塗料。
- 前記潤滑塗料を物体に塗布し、水分を除去し、150℃以上での熱作用によって硬化させる、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑塗料の使用方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑塗料で被覆されている対象物。
