Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の内視鏡装置は、オーバーチューブ50のチューブ本体51と挿入部12との片側隙間Cが0.5mm〜1.5mmに設定されている。片側隙間Cを0.5mm以上に設定することにより、注入口66からチューブ本体51の基端部側に供給された水等の潤滑液は、チューブ本体61と挿入部12との間の隙間全域に充分に行き渡るので潤滑性が向上する。また、片側隙間Cを1.5mm以下に設定することにより、チューブ本体51に対する挿入部12の蛇行を最小限に抑えることができる。これにより、挿入部12のオーバーチューブ50に対する挿抜操作性が向上する。

Description
ン送気口54には、内径1mm程度のエア供給チューブ56が接続され、このチューブ56は、チューブ本体51の外周面に接着されて、チューブ本体51の先端部まで延設されている。
Claims (3)
- 内視鏡と、前記内視鏡の挿入部が挿通される挿入補助具と、前記挿入補助具と前記内視鏡挿入部との間の隙間に潤滑液を供給する潤滑液供給手段とを備えた内視鏡装置において、
前記挿入補助具と前記内視鏡挿入部との間の片側隙間が0.5mm〜1.5mmに設定されていることを特徴とする内視鏡装置。 - 前記内視鏡の挿入部の先端外周部及び/又は前記挿入補助具の先端外周部には、膨縮自在なバルーンが取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記内視鏡挿入部と前記挿入補助具との間の負荷抵抗値を測定するセンサを設け、
前記センサによって測定された負荷抵抗値に基づいて、前記潤滑液供給手段は潤滑液を供給することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡装置。
