Abstract
【解決手段】 経糸5と緯糸6とで織成され繊維強化樹脂に使用される織物2の、該経糸5と緯糸6とで囲繞された開口部4の開口率(開口部4の開口面積Sの総和/測定範囲全面積)を測定する開口率測定装置であって、発光部1と該発光部1の発光を受光する受光部3とが繊維強化樹脂に使用される織物2を挟んで対置され、この発光部1及び受光部3は同期移動するように構成されているものである。

Claims (4)
- 経糸と緯糸とで織成され繊維強化樹脂に使用される織物の、該経糸と緯糸とで囲繞された開口部の開口率(開口部の開口面積の総和/測定範囲全面積)を測定する開口率測定装置であって、発光部と該発光部の発光を受光する受光部とが繊維強化樹脂に使用される織物を挟んで対置され、この発光部及び受光部は同期移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする開口率測定装置。
- 請求項1記載の開口率測定装置において、発光部及び受光部を同期移動させて各開口部の開口面積を測定することで前記開口率を算出するように構成されていることを特徴とする開口率測定装置。
- 請求項1,2のいずれか1項に記載の開口率測定装置において、発光部と受光部とは、発光部からの測定用光が受光部に略垂直に入射する状態で同期移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする開口率測定装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の開口率測定装置において、繊維強化樹脂に使用される織物は、開繊された偏平織物であることを特徴とする開口率測定装置。
