Abstract
【解決手段】 二次電池は,陽極,陰極,及びセパレータから成る電極組立体,電極組立体と電解液とを受け入れる容器となる角形の缶11,及び缶11の開口部を塞ぐキャッププレート110を有する。リードプレート410は,キャッププレートの表面に設けられた電解液注入口の上においてキャッププレートの上面と結合される。リードプレートの底部にはホール415が形成されており,電解液注入口に封入された栓とこの栓を覆う樹脂封止体250は,ホール415によってリードプレートの底部に当接しなくなる。これによって,リードプレートの底部がキャッププレートの上面に密着する。

Claims (6)
- 陽極,陰極,及びセパレータから成る電極組立体と,
前記電極組立体が収容され,電解液が注入される容器部と,
前記容器部の開口部を塞ぐものであって,前記電解液を前記容器部に注入するための電解液注入口を備えるキャッププレートと,
前記電解液注入口に対向する位置において前記キャッププレートに結合されるリードプレートと,
を有し,
前記リードプレートは,前記キャッププレートとの結合面に,前記電解液注入口に挿入された栓を避けるためのホールを備えたことを特徴とする,二次電池。 - 前記リードプレートは,他の電池部品と接続される,前記結合面から立ち上がる壁体部を有することを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電解液注入口に挿入された前記栓は,樹脂封止材によって覆われ,
前記ホールは,前記樹脂封止材をも避けるように形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記リードプレートと前記キャッププレートとの溶接箇所は,閉曲線状または直線状を成すことを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記リードプレートの底部の周縁部が前記キャッププレートに線溶接されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記ホールは,パンチングによって形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
