Abstract
【解決手段】 冷凍サイクル2に、圧縮機モータ4の動作時に冷媒圧縮を行うロード状態又は圧縮機モータ4の動作時に冷媒圧縮を解除するアンロード状態に切換えるデジタル切換機構部5を設けたデジタル制御冷媒圧縮機6を使用し、予め、デジタル制御冷媒圧縮機6のロード率Rrと被冷却物Mに供給する冷却液Wの温度(液温Tw)に基づく目標過熱度を求め、この目標過熱度を得るための電子膨張弁7の基準開度Nを設定するとともに、運転時に、液温Tw及びロード率Rrを検出し、この液温Tw及びロード率Rrに対応する基準開度Nとなるように電子膨張弁7を制御する。

Claims (2)
- 冷凍サイクルに接続した冷却器により冷却液を冷却するとともに、冷却した冷却液を被冷却物に循環させることにより当該被冷却物の冷却を行う冷却装置の動作制御方法において、前記冷凍サイクルに、圧縮機モータの動作時に冷媒圧縮を行うロード状態又は圧縮機モータの動作時に冷媒圧縮を解除するアンロード状態に切換えるデジタル切換機構部を設けたデジタル制御冷媒圧縮機を使用し、予め、デジタル制御冷媒圧縮機のロード率{=ロード状態の時間/(ロード状態の時間+アンロード状態の時間)}と前記被冷却物に供給する冷却液の温度(液温)に基づく目標過熱度を求め、この目標過熱度を得るための電子膨張弁の基準開度を設定するとともに、運転時に、前記液温及び前記ロード率を検出し、この液温及びロード率に対応する前記基準開度となるように前記電子膨張弁を制御することを特徴とする冷却装置の動作制御方法。
- 前記基準開度は、前記電子膨張弁の開度に対応した制御パルス数により設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷却装置の動作制御方法。
