Abstract
【課題】 施工性に優れると共に、施工後の水密性に優れ、且つ、電蝕防止とコストの低減化を図る配水管用継手装置。
【解決手段】 管体3aの接続において、管体3aの端部側に絶縁部材22を外嵌固着すると共に、相手方配管部材7と螺合される継手部材24を水膨張ゴムのOリング23を介して周方向に回転自在に組み付け、配管施工時には上記管体3aが固定化状態でも上記継手部材24を周方向に回転させつつ螺合させて配管可能とし、且つ、配管施工後には上記Oリング23の水膨張により上記継手部材24を圧着して自動的に回転停止状態とすると共に、上記継手部材24における水密性と電蝕防止性の確保を図る。

Claims (3)
- 管本体の端部側に絶縁部材を外嵌固着すると共に、相手方配管部材と螺合される継手部材を水膨張ゴムのOリングを介して周方向に回転自在に組み付け、上記Oリングの水膨張前には上記管本体が固定化状態でも上記継手部材を周方向に回転可能とすると共に、上記Oリングの水膨張後には上記Oリングの水膨張により上記継手部材を圧着して回転停止状態とし、配管施工時には上記管本体が固定化状態でも上記継手部材を周方向に回転させつつ螺合させて配管可能とし、且つ、配管施工後には上記Oリングの水膨張により上記継手部材を圧着して自動的に回転停止状態とすると共に、上記継手部材における水密性と電蝕防止性の確保を図ることを特徴とする配水管用継手装置。
- 管本体の端部側に外嵌固着される金属製スリーブと、上記金属製スリーブに外嵌固着される樹脂製リングと、上記金属製スリーブと上記樹脂製リングからの抜け止めが図られつつ上記樹脂製リングの外周に遊嵌される継手部材と、水膨張ゴムにより形成され上記樹脂製リング側に挿嵌されるOリングとを備え、配管施工時には上記継手部材を周方向へ回転可能とすると共に、配管施工後には上記Oリングの水膨張による圧着により上記継手部材を回転停止状態とし、且つ、上記継手部材における水密性と電蝕防止性の確保を図ることを特徴とする配水管用継手装置。
- Oリングの挿嵌用環状溝は、金属製スリーブの外周に形成された段部に樹脂製リングを外嵌し、隣接する上記樹脂製リング同士の間隔により確保されることを特徴とする請求項1叉は2記載の配水管用継手装置。
